FAMILY FESTIVAL PARADE COMMUNITY MAINSTAGE

PARADE | 11:00AM - 1:00PM
The parade is back! The Canada Day 2022
parade will kick off at Bourquin Road and
head down South Fraser Way at 11:00am on
Friday, July 1st. Check out memorable floats,
emergency vehicles, old fashion cars and
street performers up close!
Celebrating remotely? Watch the parade online!
The parade will be live streamed on the City of
Abbotsford YouTube channel on July 1st!

AGRIFAIR ZONE 2022
The Abbotsford Agrifair zone features a “mini-agrifair” complete with hay rides,
Minnie Moo our Mascot, Demo Derby Car, colouring contest and so much more!
We are teasing your appetite for the “best little country fair….on earth!
PRIZE DRAW: 4 weekend wristbands to the fair!
PRIZE DRAW: $50 food truck voucher
AIRSHOW ZONE
Do you feel the need for speed? Grab your wing man and help us create an
Airshow! Create your own airplane and then test fly it on our active runway,
hosted by the Abbotsford International Airshow.
BLACKWOOD SAND ZONE
It’s back again and always a lot of messy fun! Use your handy construction tools
to create your own sandcastles and dig for treasures in our interactive sand zone
brought to you by Blackwood Home Hardware Building Centre!

DINOZONE
It’s an adventure land for kids as they experience animatronic dinosaurs up close!
You might even get a free ride thanks to MarkRockON Lapidary Supplies.

GO PLAY OUTSIDE ZONE
The Go Play Outside Team are bringing Culture and Recreation to the great
outdoors! Join us as we celebrate community with a variety of organized games,
activities and art opportunities.
JUMP ZONE
Come and join team members from one of Abbotsford’s local jump rope teams,
the Skipping Sensations for some live entertainment and exhilarating exercise!
Participants can try their hand at single rope and double dutch activities as well
as build a personalized rope and find out about upcoming camps and programs.
PROSPERA COOL ZONE
Come and join us at Prospera Credit Union’s Cool Zone for some fun and
competition! Test your tower building skills at Jenga or outwit your friend at
checkers, Prospera will have lots of fun games for all to enjoy.

PLAY ZONES | 1:00 - 5:00PM RECYCLE ZONE Let’s change the world, together! Join us for an array of exciting recycling, composting, and climate change activities. Hosted by the Abbotsford Mission Recycling Program. TELUS ZONE Stop at the Telus Zone for an authentic moment through funny live caricature! Some exciting entertainment to watch and wonderful people to meet. THE DOG ZONE The Dogwood Pacesetters Canine Sports Club is dedicated to promoting canine sports in the Lower Mainland. Our members come from every facet of society and our personalities range from the most avid competitor to the recreational dog enthusiast. DWP is active in the community holding demonstrations, sanctioned events and supporting canine related charities. Come over and see our show, enjoy the entertainment, and see what activities you could be doing with your dog! PLAY ZONE Celebrate Summer at your Abbotsford Libraries! Register for the 2022 All Together Now! Summer Reading Club – all ages can participate.
