VCCLGA June 2021 by Susan Tisdale

Ventura Country Club Ladies Golf Association News – We
wish to thank J. Bordo and Gail Garvey for serving as our May
Tee Hostess.

Please to watch for information this autumn regarding the
Central Florida Women’s Interclub; it may resume play in the
2021-2022 season. Information will be posted on the VCCLGA
Bulletin Board in the Pro Shop and in VCCLGA News in the
Venture in the fall.

Summer Golf Season: Last summer, fewer lady golfers played
in the slots reserved for the 18-Hole VCCLGA golfers on
Thursday mornings. The Summer Season will run from June
2021 through September 2021. If the slots are not used, we will
reduce the number of slots we have reserved. Remember ladies,
call and fill those tee times if you want to keep them and play
summer golf together. Enjoy your summer.

COVID Rules: The big question is, “Will the COVID Rules
change when the 2021-2022 golf season begins in October
2021?” Until the Pro Shop announces new procedures please
continue to wear masks in the clubhouse; maintain social
distancing in the clubhouse and on course tee boxes &
putting greens; and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer
regularly.

Ventura Country Club 9-Hole Ladies Golf League News –
The Ladies 9 Hole League concluded play on Tuesday
afternoons in April 2021. We expect them to resume Tuesday

MILLION DOLLAR
I was expecting our Covid-19 year of
2020 to be a difficult year for all of us
Realtors. Thankfully it did not end as
badly for me as it looked like it would be
in March of 2020. It was a pleasant sur-
 prise when Orlando Regional Realtors
 Association Board of Directors, Awards
Committee sent me this Bronze Producer
 2020 award.
I have to say that I am happy and pleased
that the year was not a disaster and that I
 survived the year of Covid-19.
