3-DAY PROGRAM SCOTLAND POWERING TRUE LEADERSHIP KEYINTENSIVE SCHOTLAND PREPARATIONS 3 DAGEN - €2875,- Our official kick-off meeting will take place on April 23th, 2020 at 18.00. PROGRAM KEYINTENSIVE SCOTLAND Thursday 14 May 10.00 Welcome to Glasgow! Arrival at Glasgow Airport mid morning. DAY 1 10.45-12.15 A transfer to the Wild Side We immediately head north into The Trossach Mountains and begin with a welcome lunch at The Forest Hills Hotel, our home for the weekend. 13.45-16.30 Afternoon Training In our first training, we'll explore your style of leadership and common pitfalls you're experiencing in your role. 17.00-18.00 Mountain Biking This area is fabulous for this activity and we will head of from outside the hotel around a circular route with a few challenges along the way! 19.00 Dinner in The Hotel Enjoy and relax in the comfort of the hotel’s dining room, enjoy the view down the glen and perhaps coffee afterwards on the patio.
Friday 15 May 08.30 – 09.30 Queen Elisabeth Forest Park After breakfast, we would leave the hotel on foot and enjoy firstly a DAY 2 brisk walk off site and into the Queen Elisabeth Forest Park. At the end of the walk the group will end up at the banks of Loch Ard where a fleet of canoes will await them and their means of transport back to the hotel! 2 Guests per canoe. 10.30 - 12.30 Persona’s (part 1) We'll start this workshop with an interaction session. Afterwards, we'll dive deeper into the roles you hold within the organisation. 12.30 - 13.30 Lunch 13.45 – 15.30 Persona’s (part 2) In part two of the Persona's workshop, you'll learn which roles fit you naturally and reveal the ones that drain your energy. 16.00 – 17.00 A Visit to Glengoyne Distillery A late afternoon visit to Glengoyne Distillery where after a tour and tastings, they should leave both with warm stomachs and a better understanding how the Scotsman’s “Water of Life” is made too! 19.00 Dinner at the Keep Built in the early 15th Century, this medieval keep brings an amazing opportunity to dine back in time and enjoy a Scottish House party in an authentic Castle...complimented by a Piper on the top of the keep welcoming them on arrival, the address to the haggis, a performance of sword dancing and a sumptuous Scottish dinner in front of a roaring log fire! Saturday 16 May 09.00 – Check out and Transfer to Glasgow After our breakfast we head back from the Highlands to the Lowlands and to DAY 3 Glasgow suburbs. 10.00 – 12.30 Morning Meeting at Pollok House In this workshop, we'll be using the Keyscan to analyse your organisation's current performance and it's growth potential. Includes a coffee break with sandwiches. 12.30 – 13.45 City Walk Finally we head for the city centre for a short walk around the highlights of this historic city. 13.45 Afternoon Tea 15.15 Departure Transfer to Glasgow Airport Early evening flight back to The Netherlands
