Tournament Overview
Cardiff is an 18 hole semi-private golf club located just 12 minutes north of St Albert.
Built on one of Alberta's first underground coal mines, its unique setting offers chal-
lenges to golfers of all levels. Our facilities features a well supplied pro-shop and a
restaurant that is open daily. Come visit us at Cardiff and we will show you why our
course is a premier golf venue for your charity or company golf tournament.

When you first arrive at the club to when you leave, every part of your day will be
taken care of with exceptional professionalism and customer service. At the club we
accommodate any group size with the ability to customize a package to meet your
specific needs and wants.

Our Tournament pricing will include your green fee, power cart rentals, driving
range, meal (if selected) and a $5.00 ProShop credit per player to help take your
prizing or 1st tee gift to the next level. Our staff will set up any tents or any on
course items you or your sponsors may require.

Looking to create more revenue for your charity event or prize table? At Cardiff we
have a partnership with a local company that supplies team memorabilia from
signed jerseys, prints, equipment and much more on a consignment deal so you
don’t have to worry about any cost associated with it unless you sell it.

Once again this season Cardiff will be offering a complimentary $4000 Hole-In-One
insurance for events of 48 players or more.

    pros shot. You may also have our professional staff hit tee shots for your players

    Good for any drink served at the club

Deposit Due: $500 Receipt of your deposit will secure your date. Deposit may be made
through Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card.
**All tournament booking numbers must be finalized 5 days prior to tournament date. In the event the num-
ber of players changes within 5 days of the tournament, the amount billed will be for the number**

Policies & Regulations
Pace of Play
•   Tournaments will adhere to Cardiff Golf & C.C. pace of play rules. All tournaments will
    play in no longer than 4hrs 45 minutes and all tournaments will respect and follow
    player assistants instructions on pace of play. In some instances some slower group(s)
    may be asked to pick up their golf ball and catch up to the groups in front of them.

Dress Code
•   All players will adhere to Cardiff Golf & C.C. dress code. No cut-off shorts, tank tops,
    swim wear or sleeveless shirts. Please refrain from wearing heeled footwear or metal
    spikes.

Liquor Consumption
•   Cardiff Golf & C.C. will not tolerate any outside liquor brought onto the golf course (i.e.
    ice chests, beer, coolers, or any liquor). If participant(s) are caught, their alcohol will
    be confiscated and may also be asked to leave the golf course. Cardiff Golf & C.C. is le-
    gally required to enforce A.G.L.C. rules and regulations in relation to liquor services.
•    Tournaments wishing to host a liquor hole must purchase alcohol from Cardiff Golf &
    C.C. Hard liquor is purchased by the bottle and canned items will be purchased by the
    case. Event coordinators will be consulted on pricing.
•   As per AGLC, only one alcohol hole is allowed per 9 holes
•   Cardiff Golf & C.C. requires 7 days notice for purchasing of alcohol for beverage holes

Disclaimers
•   Any negligent damage or lost equipment will be charged to the tournament, including
    but not limited to power carts, lost clubs and property damage.
•   Cardiff Golf & C.C. will not be held responsible for loss or injury suffered or incurred by
    any guest.
