NVSC Philosophy We at NVSC, are committed to providing the young boys and girls in Prince William County and beyond an effective environment to grow as a player and person. We are dedicated to developing each player and understand the true value of long term success comes through the appreciation of the training process versus the short term gratification of winning. We will not sacrifice the development of our young players to win a tournament or game. However, we will train our players to be competitive each time they step on the pitch. Once our players have come to value and embrace the training process, they will see for themselves the true reward from the beautiful game through their own experience on the field. !7 of 20

Often enough in American soccer, youth soccer clubs do not coach enough creativity or want their players to use flare when playing soccer. We build players who are not afraid to take on players in any situation and create scoring opportunities for themselves and those around them. We want them to be brave with the ball! !20 of 20
