Rafters is a premier Bucks County Wedding venue, located in
historic Newtown Bucks County, PA. Rafters provides you
with a blank palate for you to truly design and customize your
day to meet your style and budget.
Rafters Venue offers just shy of 10,000 square feet of newly
constructed & thoughtfully designed event space. Rafters
features a beautiful open to the ceiling industrial design
blended with rustic accents. Gorgeous real hardwood floors
throughout the main event space, along with beautiful new
exposed spiral duct work, and modern yet rustic influenced
lighting fixtures. Our rustic and industrial blended design
features a large open main space that easily accommodates a
variety of layouts. Of course we've got a beautiful private suite
available complete with crystal chandelier!
Rafters is an open catering venue. At Rafters you can use any
licensed and insured caterer, so feel free to select the caterer
that best first your taste, budget and food style. No need to
worry, we’ve got a beautiful well equipped professional cater-
ing space available, so whatever your food taste your menu will
be perfectly executed. We also understand that sometimes,
selecting from the many wonderful caterers available can seem
daunting, so we’ve also paired with a few of the best and fan
favorites to create package offerings in addition to our standard
pricing options.

Your Standard Rafters Weddings Includes:
• Exclusive use of our Venue to host special day
• Freedom to select the food style & caterer of your choice, select from any licensed &
insured caterer, bring yours or select from our favorites.
• Your choice of seating tables, select from Rounds, Squares or Rectangle tables or
upgrade for more beautiful Farm Tables from Brillman's with exclusive Rafter's pricing.
• Your Choice of Chivari Chairs or Wood folding padded chairs, available in a variety of
colors* included with your rental of the Venue or upgrade to gorgeous Pilgrim Chairs from
Brillman's with an exclusive Rafter's client special pricing!
• Includes use of 2 - 8' farm tables or a square Sweetheart Farm table included with your rentals of the venue
• Tables for your caterer's needs ( rectangles or rounds)
• Beautiful built in custom industrial farmhouse bar
• Say your "I do's" in our lovely oasis garden or hill top gazebo, no ceremony fees or ceremony chair fees!
• Or say your "I do's" inside with our beautiful indoor option, again no ceremony fees for our standard Rafters Wedding!
• As a Rafter's Wedding, we've arranged for special pricing from Brillman's so you can Style your event, your way with a
variety of china, flatware, glassware and linen selections offered by Brillman's (this is a separate cost from your venue fee,
however with our special pricing we've arranged you'll have lots of flexibility to style your special day).
• Freedom to decorate, whether your are a DIY couple, hire a planner, designer or any combination of the above, you'll
find Rafters flexible to your decor!

2022 Rafters TFS Wedding Package Pricing:
Rafters Thursday & Friday special wedding package will be available for event
dates which are Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays between 1/3/22 and 11/20/22. This
special package bundle is only available for dates booked on or after 02/01/21.
TFS 2022 Package offers starting per person rate of $112.50*
Your TFS 2022 Rafters Weddings Includes:
Available for minimum guest count of 50 and maximum guest count of 175
guests.
Allows for a total event time of 5.5 hours, including ceremony** if chosen to
have onsite, all events must end by 11 p.m. Your 5.5 hour maximum event time,
includes ceremony, cocktail and reception, timelines to be finalized 60 days prior to your event date.
Includes custom seating layout, created with your Rafters coordinator, using round seating tables, rounds
and rectangle seating tables or rectangle tables, using 8 or 10 tops or mixed.
Includes special rentals equipment bundle (bundled from our award winning sister company Brillman’s
Rental Barn):
includes your choice of white or ivory seating linens, choice of solid color napkins and solid color choice of
cocktail seating.
Includes chivari chairs for your reception seating
Includes standard china, flatware and glassware for cocktails and reception.
Includes optional farm table seating for you the bride & groom and use of up to two 8’ farm tables for
either seating or placecards. Additional farm tables may be used for a separate rental fee if so desired
for other guest seating.
Includes all table and linen needs to support your seating and caterer’s needs
Includes your ceremony chairs (if ceremony is onsite)
This package is specifically bundled with catering services provided by one our three of fan favorite and
trusted caterers. The Fancy Fig Café & Catering, JustFood Catering or The Opinionated Palate. This special
combined pricing is only available with catering provided by the Fancy Fig, JustFood or The Opinionated
Palate. Rafters is happy to provide you with a sample menu offering. To design and discuss specific menu
offerings available contact each caterer directly; their professional staff will create a custom menu option
with you. *Menus start at $60.00 per person (this part of the $112.50* starting per person price), this pricing
does not include sales tax, gratuity, bar service staff or alcohol.
All alcohol is client provided, we can refer you to providers who will deliver and pickup or you may do your
own drop off and pickup to Rafters.
Each caterer has a variety of menu options and will create your ideal menu; please ask your Rafters coordinator
our package starter menu.

Rafters TFS Package Wedding Pricing
Details Continued
For this package pricing rentals are exclusively provided from our sister company
(Brillman’s Rental Barn), you must select your catering from one our 3 trusted ca-
tering package partners, to receive Rafters TFS package pricing. Select from The
Fancy Fig Café & Catering, JustFood Catering or Opinionated Palate. You are free
to provide your own décor, centerpieces, DJ, Photographer, and other wedding
vendors. Your total 5.5 hour event time frame; the use of the private suite, or
catering preset or breakdown and does not count against your 5.5 hour event time.
**Rafters offers both 2 outside ceremony locations with your ceremony chair in-
cluded in the TF 2022 Wedding Package. Should Rafters decide to put the tenting
up again for the 2022 season, you will be able to have your ceremony under the tent
at no additional fee. However, if you prefer an onsite indoor ceremony option or should need to move your cere-
mony inside due to weather, this will be available for a separate specially priced add on fee of $495.00.

If this bundled package isn’t for you, you can still book Rafters to host your Wedding just visit our website for
our regular non-package or standard pricing available for your desire event date!
A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm and secure your event date. Your retainer amount
is 1/3 down, calculated on your estimated guest count.
