               Tony began his mortgage career in 2002, working for a mortgage banker in Salinas, Ca. He then went
               to work for a mortgage broker for a few years, assisting with opening branches throughout Central
               California.
               He was born and raised in Salinas, Ca. where he also raised two wonderful daughters. Then, he moved
               to Roseville, CA for a short time, which was where he built up the majority of his clientele up into mid-2021.
               Now Tony is now BACK on the central coast in his hometown of Salinas with an office of his own that
               serves as a satellite location of BVMs’ Roseville branch. The purpose of opening his office in Salinas, CA
               was to get back in touch with his roots and serve as a local resource for the residents of Salinas.
               However, although he is again a Salinas resident, he looks to continue to serve his relationships of clients
               and realtor partners throughout the state of California while building new ones locally in his hometown.

               Tony is passionate about helping families obtain their dreams of homeownership and keeping everyone
               happy throughout the loan process. His priority is to keep the process easy while maintaining great
               communication with all parties involved. His ultimate goal is to become the most knowledgeable loan
               officer possible (hence the nickname Loan Jedi) which is why he consistently takes advantage of
               educational classes to expand his knowledge base.

                                                                    LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT
                                                                    Lucy works as the primary contact and liaison
                                                                    between clients, branch manager, and assigned
                                                                    loan originator and schedule any follow-up
                                                                    items.

                                                                    She coordinates and prepares documentation
                                                                    necessary for verifications and underwriting
                                                                    such as loan files, loan packages, credit
                                                                    reports, and additional mortgage application
                                                                    paperwork.

                                                                    Lucy reviews all loan package documentation
                                                                    for discrepancies, omissions, and income
                                                                    calculation, then reports any discrepancies to
                                                                    the loan originator.

                                                                    She also follows up with customers and
                                                                    in-house inquiries on transactions.

                                                                    LOWELLA DUNGCA
                                                                    PROCESSOR
                                                                    Lowella is responsible for evaluating your loan
                                                                    application for accuracy. She analyzes credit,
                                                                    income and asset documentation and submits
                                                                    the creditworthiness and eligibility before sub-
                                                                    mitting to underwriting.

                                                                    Lowella is a liaison between applicants, loan
                                                                    officers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents,
                                                                    escrow officers and our operations team to
                                                                    assist in meeting critical deadlines to ensure
                                                                    your loan closes on time.
