·` HDC (Health Declaration Code) Due to the Covid-19, for the boarding process to China, addition to Passport, Visa, Boarding Pass, it is required by Chinese Government that all the passengers need to apply for Health Declaration Code (HDC) issued by local embassy and consulate. 4
·` Special HDC Policy for Game Related Travelers Notice on Applying Health Code from Chinese Embassies/Consulates for Games Related Travelers According to the entry policy of Yanqing ITP, ONLY fully vaccinated participant shall enter the bubble without 21-days quarantine. I. Fully vaccinated participant: No IgM antibody test is required if you have completed full vaccination at least 14 days before departure for China. 1) For those who take a direct flight to China Please take 1 Nucleic Acid Test at a testing agency at the departure city designated or recognized by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate within 72 hours before departure to China, and upload the test result, together with the invitation (PU Letter) from Beijing 2022, to the official website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ for the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in the city of the testing agency to review and issue a Green Health Code. 2) For those who take a flight with transfer(s) to China If the duration between the test and departure at the transfer airport does not exceed 72 hours, you only need to take 1 nucleic acid test at the city of departure to apply for the Health Code . In such case no test is required at the airport of transfer. 5
·` If the duration between the test and departure at the transfer airport exceed 72 hours, or no test is taken at the city of departure, you need to take 1 nucleic acid test at the city of transfer(s) within 72 hours before boarding the last leg of flight to China to apply for the Health Code or electronic Health Declaration Form. The requirements for testing agencies and document uploaded are the same as mentioned above. II. If you were infected with COVID-19 previously Please provide to Beijing 2022, in English, the latest POSITIVE nucleic acid test result and the first NEGATIVE test result after recovery issued by a test agency/medical institution in your country/region. Please send your application materials and the attached Form (For Overseas Games-related Personnel Previously Infected with COVID-19) to the email box: phs_1@beijing2022.cn. Beijing 2022 will assess your documents and check whether you are eligible for coming to China, and giving you the assessment result within 5 working days. - If your first negative test results after recovery exceeding 30 days need to take only 1 nucleic acid test, as mentioned in Part 1. - If your first negative test result after recovery is within 30 days, you need to provide to Beijing 2022 another two nucleic acid test results taken at least 24 hours in between. Beijing 2022 will assess your documents and check whether you are eligible for coming to China, and giving you the assessment result. 6

Please double check the test institutions recognized by the Chinese embassy (or other requirements) in your area before choosing the test! Firearms (including major parts) Devices that can fire ammo (including pills and other objects) and cause serious injuries or items that can be mistaken for such devices, including: 1. Military guns and guns for official duties, such as pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, anti-riot guns; 2. Civilian guns, such as compressed air guns, shotguns, sport guns, anesthetic rifles; 3. Other types of firearms, such as prop guns, starting guns, ball guns, overseas guns and all types of illegally-manufactured guns; 4. Imitations of aforementioned items. II. Explosive or inflammable substances and devices Explosive or inflammable devices (substances) that can cause serious 18
injuries or endanger the aircraft or items that can be mistaken for such devices, including: 1. Ammunition, such as bombs, grenades, flares, napalm bombs, smoke bombs, signal rockets, tear shells, gas bombs, bullets (including plumbs, blank ammunition, training bullets); 2. Demolition materials, such as dynamites, detonators, fuses, initiators, blasting fuses, detonating fuses, blasting agents; 3. Pyrotechnic objects, such as fireworks and crackers, smoke pads, yellow smoke, display shell; 4. Imitations of aforementioned items. III. Controlled instruments Controlled instruments that can cause injuries or endanger aviation safety and transportation order, including: 1. Controlled knives, such as daggers (single-edged, double-edged or multi-edged knife with a sharp point, handle, pommel and fuller, blade angle
crossbow. IV. Dangerous substances Dangerous substances that can cause injuries or endanger aviation safety and transportation order, including: 1. Compressed gas and liquefied gas, such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, buthane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (dissolved in medium), carbon monoxide, LPG, freon, oxygen, carbon dioxide, water gas, lighter fuel and liquefied gas for lighter; 2. Spontaneously igniting materials, such as yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, nitrocellulose (including films), oiled paper and its products; 3. Materials that are highly inflammable when wet by water, such as potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium carbide, magnesium aluminum powder; 4. Inflammable liquid, such as petrol, kerosene, diesel, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), acetone, diethyl ether, oil paint, thinner, retinol and products with inflammable solvent; 5. Inflammable solid, including red phosphorus, flashlight powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, foaming agent; 6. Oxidizing agent and organic peroxides, such as potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide; 7. Toxic substance, such as cyanide, arsenic, highly toxic pesticide and other highly toxic chemicals; 8. Erosive substance, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, mercury; Radioactive substance, such as radioactive isotopes, etc.; 20
V. Other substances Other substances that can cause injuries or endanger aviation safety and transportation order, including: 1. Pathogen of contagions, such as HBV, bacillus anthracis, mycobacterium tuberculosis, HIV; 2. Kindling (including igniting devices), such as lighter, match, cigarette lighter, magnesium anode (flintstone); 3. Power bank and lithium battery with rated energy larger than 160Wh (lithium battery for electric wheelchairs is otherwise provided); 4. Alcoholic beverage with more than 70% alcohol; 5. Strong magnetic substances, objects with strong pungent smell, objects prone to panicking travelers and objects with unknown nature that may be dangerous. 6. Other items whose transportation is banned by the state law, administrative laws and regulations. List of Restricted Items in Hand and Checked Luggage I. Items that are banned in hand luggage but are allowed in checked luggage (I) Sharp instrument Instrument with sharp edge or point, made by metal or other materials, hard enough to cause injuries, including: 1. Knives for daily use (with blade longer than 6cm), such as kitchen knife, fruit knife, scissors, art knife, paper cutter; 2. Knives for professional use (with any length), such as scalpel, butcher's knife, carving knife, planer tool, milling cutter; 21
3. Knife, spear, sword and halberd for martial art performance. (II) Blunt instrument Instrument without sharp edge or point, made by metal or other materials, hard enough to cause injuries, including: Sticks (including telescopic bars, nunchakus), bats, billiard sticks, cricket rackets, hockey sticks, golf clubs, alpenstocks, ski poles, knuckle-dusters; (III) Others Other substances that can cause injuries or endanger aviation safety and transportation order, including: 1. Tools, such as drill (including bit), chisel, awl, saw, stud gun, nail gun, screw driver, crowbar, hammer, pliers, welding gun, spanner, axe, hatchet, vernier caliper, ice axe, ice pick; 2. Other objects, such as dart, slingshot, bow, arrow, buzzer self-defense device and shock machine not controlled by the state, Mace gas, tear gas, pepper spray, acid spray, animal removing spray, etc. II. Items that are conditionally allowed in hand or checked luggage (I) Items that are conditionally allowed in hand luggage but unconditionally allowed in checked luggage 1. For international and regional flights, liquids carried in hand luggage must be in a container of no more than 100ml (if the volume of the container is more than 100ml, it is not allowed even when the liquid in it is less than 100mL or 100g), and the container must be in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag with a volume of less than 1L. Only one bag is allowed for each traveler, and those beyond this 22
limit should be put in the checked luggage. 2. For domestic flights, liquids are not allowed in hand luggage (except cosmetics, toothpastes and shaving cream for private use during the air travel). Cosmetics for private use during the air travel in hand luggage must meet the following three requirements: only one for each type, carried in a container of no more than 100mL, and subject to bottle-open check. If the volume of the container is more than 100ml, it is not allowed in hand luggage even when the cosmetics, toothpaste and shaving cream in it is less than 100mL or 100g. Duty-free liquids carried in hand luggage of travelers transfer from international and regional flights to domestic flights through the same airport controlled area must meet the following three requirements: with receipt or invoice, put in a transparent, sealed and intact plastic bag, subject to security check. If the traveler leave the airport controlled area during flight transfer, the duty-free liquids must be put in checked luggage. 3. Passengers who travel with a baby may take dairy products and patients with diabetes or other diseases may take necessary liquid medicine in an appropriate amount. And such dairy products or medicine must go through security check. 4. Liquids purchased or acquired in airport controlled area or aircraft can be in hand luggage before the traveler leave the airport controlled area. (II) Items that are banned in hand luggage but are conditionally allowed in checked luggage Alcoholic beverage is not allowed in hand luggage, but is allowed in checked luggage with the following conditions: 1. Put in retailing package with complete and clear label; each 23
container must be no more than 5L; 2. No restriction upon the number of drinks with alcohol content of 24% or less; 3. The number of drinks with alcohol content of more than 24% and less than 70% in checked luggage for each traveler must no exceed 5L. (III) Items that are banned in checked luggage but are conditionally allowed in hand luggage Power bank and lithium battery is not allowed in checked luggage, but is allowed in hand luggage with the following conditions (lithium battery for electric wheelchairs is otherwise provided): 1. With complete and clear label and rated energy no more than 100Wh; 2. Battery with rated energy more than 100Wh and no more than 160Wh must be approved by the airlines. Each traveler can carry no more than two such batteries. III. Other items whose transportation is banned by the state law, administrative laws and regulations. 24
