Preschool Classroom Developmental Milestones Supporting WWS Employees ❧ ▪ 3 years old by August 1 ▪ Toilet Trained ▪ Feed Self Independently ▪ 1 Nap or Quiet Time Daily Because the three year old classrooms do not have required equipment for toilet-training, all children entering the preschool classroom must be fully potty-trained.

Break Plans Preschool & All Aboard ❧ Break care at Monon Trail Elementary ▪ Fall Break (enroll by 10/5/2020) October 19-23, 2020 ▪ Winter Break (enroll by 12-7-20) Dec. 21-23, December 28-30, 2020 ▪ Spring Break (enroll by 3-19-21) April 2-April 9, 2021 *Student Support Programs reserves the right to either cancel break care or relocate to the school where BAC break care runs pending enrollment numbers. In either case, parents will be notified within five business days after break care enrollment closes.
TOTS & All Aboard Open Enrollment January 13 through February 14, 2020 Limited Enrollment ▪ Priority placement to currently enrolled full-time families and WWS employees. *subject to availability ▪ Full-time requests are filled before part-time requests. ▪ Remaining openings filled by lottery selection. Lottery Selection: Thursday, February 20 Enrollment Status Notification: Monday, February 24
Lead Qualifications There are fourteen leads in our program. ● One has a Masters degree ● Two have Bachelors degrees ● Three have Associates degrees ● Five will finish the CDA in May ● Three will finish the CDA in December Some of our assistants have degrees or are working on their CDA. ● One has a Masters degree ● Two have a Bachelors degree ● One has an Associates degree ● Four will finish the CDA in May ● Six will finish the CDA in December
Family Benefits: For those families who qualify for free/reduced lunch, you can apply for children in our CACFP program to get this discount. (Child and Adult Care Food Program Benefits: Program) Because of CACFP, we are able to offer lunches at the same price as elementary students. We are required to submit a CACFP form for every child in our program. This form is included in the registration information. Brochures are available on the back table.
Summer Full Day Camp ❧ Available to Westfield Children ages 3 & 4 years old ▪ Westfield children (ages 3 and 4) are eligible to enroll in summer program. ▪ Child does not need to be enrolled in 2020-21 TOTS Preschool or All Aboard programs. ▪ Additional fees for the summer program. ▪ Online Enrollment opens March 1, 2020 ▪ Limited enrollment so submit enroll early!
Enrollment Instructions Steps to Submit Enrollment: ▪ Submit online enrollment between Jan. 13 to Feb. 14 ▪ Mail the following items to Central Office: ○ $175 registration check made payable to WWS ○ Hard copy enrollment forms ○ A copy of the child’s birth certificate Parents notified of enrollment status by February 28, 2020. So you can plan ahead... Because we are licensed by the state of Indiana, several documents are required for enrollment into TOTS and All Aboard. All of the paperwork is included in the handbook you will receive upon acceptance to the program. ● Birth certificate (if you are new to us) ● Signed physical form ● Shot records ● Health form ● IDOE/CACFP form ● Infant-toddler feeding plan (signed by doctor)
