SUBMISSION DATE

   S
    eptember 30, 2020

   FILE SUBMISSION

   Due Diligence by the hotelier is required to ensure all required data meets required GBTA file
   specs. Those files that render themselves incomplete will be returned for resubmission in an
   expedited fashion. TRAVELSAVERS will accept late submissions after the specified cut-off date
   for GDS viewership on a request basis.

   INVOICING

   TRAVELSAVERS will provide an invoice and a list of payment methods. A corresponding
   hotel list based on the electronic data submitted (RFP) will also be included. The said
   invoice is the responsibility of contractor and payable in one payment within 30 days of
   receipt of invoice.

     Billing Method
     One Master Invoice i.e., Central billing detailing each hotel and all fees; or
     Individual invoices per hotel
