DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) ookable in all four GDSs: Amadeus, Travelport Apollo/Galileo, Sabre and Travelport B Worldspan. tripXpress nline booking tool for corporate and leisure travel that includes the TRAVELSAVERS O Preferred Hotel Program. This web-based booking tool allows our TRAVELSAVERS and NEST (Network of Entrepreneurs Selling Travel) home-based advisors to book your hotel. This tool is also available to all TRAVELSAVERS front-line advisors. Agent Extranet Hotel Program Directory (For Advisor Use Only) hotel search tool for advisors. A P rovides general information including hotel amenities, GDS property booking codes, and more. Concur s a Concur reseller, TRAVELSAVERS’ agencies have access to the TRAVELSAVERS A Preferred Hotel Program rates, along with the agency’s corporate negotiated rates. Groups & Meetings Program Database T RAVELSAVERS provides the GBTA RFP fields we capture for your hotel’s groups, meetings and convention information into a database for Acclaim Meetings. Acclaim Meetings delivers complete meeting planning services. G roups and meeting information is also shared with TRAVELSAVERS member agencies to access when completing RFPs for their clients. SUBMISSION DATE S eptember 30, 2020 FILE SUBMISSION Due Diligence by the hotelier is required to ensure all required data meets required GBTA file specs. Those files that render themselves incomplete will be returned for resubmission in an expedited fashion. TRAVELSAVERS will accept late submissions after the specified cut-off date for GDS viewership on a request basis. INVOICING TRAVELSAVERS will provide an invoice and a list of payment methods. A corresponding hotel list based on the electronic data submitted (RFP) will also be included. The said invoice is the responsibility of contractor and payable in one payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
