Administrative Matters School Fees & Library fines If you have NOT paid school fees or cleared your library fines, please do so before the results can be released to you. If you are unable to pay, and you need financial assistance, please see your Form teacher / Co-form teacher.
2018 School Magazine You will be able to collect the School Magazine from your teachers. Please get ready $12 to pay FT when you collect your results (if you have not done so).
Financial Aid Financial Aid is available to needy students studying Full Time at Polytechnics and ITE. Obtain more information / handouts from the General Office after the release of the O-level results.

Private Institutions (except LaSalle, NAFA)
With effect from 21 Dec 2009, Private Education Institutions (PEIs) that fall under the following categories are required to register with the Committee for Private Education (CPE) under the new Private Education Act. Please refer to the CPE website for more information. •PEIs offering education leading to the award of a diploma or degree, or full-time post- secondary education leading to the award of a certificate; •PEIs offering full-time preparatory courses for entrance / placement tests for joining Ministry of Education (MOE) mainstream schools, or for external examinations; and •Foreign System Schools (FSS) offering full- time primary or secondary education wholly or substantially in accordance with a foreign or international curriculum •Privately-funded special education schools

Joint Admissions Exercise JAE 2019 Junior Colleges (JC)/ Millennia Institute (MI) Polytechnics (Poly) Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Applications should be submitted online through the JAE-Internet system (JAE-IS)
JAE 2019 Students who are eligible for JAE will receive Form A. All students successfully admitted to a school through the Direct School Admission- JC (DSAJC) / Early Admission Exercise (PolyEAE) will not be eligible to participate in JAE.

JAE 2019 JAE Posting is released through: –JAE-IS –SMS (HP) Appeals are to be made directly at the institution within 2 working days after the official release of posting results.
JAE 2019 JAE application fees of will be collected by the institution you are enrolled in. JAE registration period is from 14th Jan Monday 3 pm to 18th Jan Friday 4pm
JAE 2019 POSTING RESULTS Students who are offered a course in a JC/MI must report to the school on the date stipulated. Students who are offered a course in a Poly/ITE should expect to receive an enrolment package and are required to complete online enrolment by the date stipulated to confirm your acceptance for the course of study. Students who fail to report to the JC/MI/Poly/ITE on the stipulated dates are deemed to have forfeited her place.
JOINT POLY/ITE ONLINE APPEAL PORTAL Students who wish to appeal for a place in a Poly and ITE after the posting results may do so online through Joint Poly/ITE Appeal Portal.
JOINT POLY/ITE ONLINE APPEAL PORTAL Students who did not receive any posting and did not submit an appeal via the JAE appeals exercise will automatically be offered a place, e.g. in Poly or Higher Nitec or Nitec course at ITE with vacancies at the end of the online appeal.
JAE 2019 BONUS POINTS JAE Posting is released through: –JAE-IS –SMS (HP) Appeals are to be made directly at the institution within 2 working days after the official release of posting results.
JAE 2019 BONUS POINTS PL-Lites must put ACJC as their: a. 1st choice, or b. 1st and 2nd choices a maximum of 4 Bonus Points
