Attendance
 Matters:
Mr. Martel

Attendance
• Attendance counts! Be here ALL DAY....EVERYDAY
• If you are running late and arrive within 20 minutes of class starting, go
  directly to your class and they will count you tardy.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late you will need to receive a pass from
  the attendance office

• After your 5th absence, you will receive a notification of absence in the
  mail
• If absences continue you will be placed on a 45-day plan
• If there is still no improvement in attendance, an intervention involving you
  and your parents will be implemented
• Final consequence will be court

Dress Code
The District prohibits any clothing or grooming that in the principal’s judgment
(Mr. Paz) may reasonably be expected to cause disruption of or interference
with normal school operations.

The District prohibits:
1. Are lewd, offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
2. Advertise or depict tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, drugs, or any
other substance prohibited under FNCF(LEGAL).
3. Are evidence of membership or affiliation in any gang, unauthorized club, or
organization. [See FNCC(LOCAL)]

Building Safety
❑ Masks Are Optional: But if you need one, we have some
❑ No Temperature Kiosks
❑ Walk on the right side: No standing around in the halls
❑ Stairways are both ways
❑ Hand Sanitizers Will be Placed on Each Floor Level
❑ Wash Your Hands
❑ Be mindful of people's personal space
❑ Your teachers have Disinfectant Spray & Paper Towels or
  Disinfectant Wipe. Request them for your desk

Building Safety
❑ Only 3 entrances: Schuster 1st floor tunnel, Schuster 2nd floor, &
  in between Cafeteria & Main Building (bookroom)
❑ Do NOT open the door for people
❑ Wear your School ID
❑ If you see something, say something

Parking
                      Dr. Warmack
• Must have parking permit to park in lower parking lot
• Must have a Texas Drivers License and Proof of Insurance
  to park
• You will have Until Aug. 13th to get your parking permit.
• All Permits will be issued in Dr. Warmack’s office:
    • Before school
    • Lunch
    • After school

   • If you park without a pass, your vehicle will be booted
     until you pay a fine!

• The courses you select drive your current and
  future success.
• It is important to talk to your parents about what next year
  will look like academically for you.
• The schedule is built based on course requests.
   • Selecting classes drives the campus schedule
   • We try to accommodate each request

Pre- Registration for 2023
• Pre-registration will begin in October
• Keep your end goal in mind when selecting classes
• Talk to your peers about their classes
• Meet with teachers and ask about other classes they
 teach
• Talk to your counselor about your goal and the
 classes that can help you reach it
• Attend campus course nights in the Fall
