TERRACE
What better way to experience Whistler
than to dine amidst its mountains on our
awe-inspring Woodlands Terrace. Boasting
spectacular mountain views, the Terrace
provides a romantic and intimate setting for
up to 400 guests. Open April through October,
the Woodland’s Terrace features a Marquis
tent. Recite your vows against the backdrop of
evergreen trees and snowcapped mountain
peaks in one of Whistler’s most captivating
summer venues.
RENTAL: $3,500
F&B MINIMUM: $20,000
Continue the celebration in one of our
elegantly appointment ballrooms once the
clock strikes 10pm to abide by the municipal
noise bylaw.

ROOFTOP
CHAPEL
Say "I do" in one of the most beautiful
places in Whistler. Located on our
Woodlands Terrace, The Rooftop
Chapel features beautiful views of the
surrounding mountains and provides a
romantic and intimate setting for two to
200 guests. Continue the celebration
on the Woodlands Terrace or one of
our elegantly appointed ballrooms.
SUMMER RENTAL: $1,800, available
between 1:30pm and 3 :00 pm
WINTER RENTAL: $1,800, no time of
day restriction

BALLROOM
Deep mahogany arches grace the doorways
of Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s elegant
Macdonald Ballroom. Grand chandeliers
and rich tapestry-covered walls highlight a
spacious setting.
A divisible ballroom of 11,319 square feet
with a ceiling height of over 15 feet, the
Macdonald Ballroom creates a sense of
grandeur for all occasions.
RENTAL: $1,750 per section
SECTION CAPACITY: 150 – 180 pax

won’t forget, the Mountain View Lawn
is an incredible setting for ceremonies
and receptions complete with stunning
panoramic views. The privacy and
views are unparalleled in Whistler, and
the venue is a blank slate that you can
bring your unique vision to life.

GRILL ROOM
Enhanced by The Grill Room’s signature stone
fireplace and smooth cherry wood wine cabinets,
classically rustic décor creates a refined atmosphere
for exceptional cuisine. Dining with a special touch
— warm, personal and perfectly orchestrated — The
Grill Room’s menu integrates regional ingredients
with seasonal influences.
THE GRAND FIREPLACE
Located in our Four Diamond Grill Room restaurant,
The Grand Fireplace is the perfect backdrop for
an intimate ceremony. This romantic venue is
available year round from 2:30 pm–4:30 PM and
can accommodate up to 60 guests.
RENTAL: $1,500 (includes furniture removal
if required)
THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Pair your meal with opulent settings, rich décor and
spectacular scenery. The Private Dining Room
tucked within The Grill Room Restaurant offers an
intimate setting to celebrate your wedding up to
20 guests.
F&B MINIMUM: Sunday to Wednesday - $2,000;
Thursday to Saturday - $2,500

THE CHALET
Picture your intimate dinner in The Chalet,
the scrumptious aromas of a gourmet
fondue, the fire crackling and your guests
dining amidst floor to ceiling windows
overlooking a blanket of fresh snow,
covering Whistler’s most famous golf course
and snow-draped mountains. Available
December to April.
A short, five-minute walk from Fairmont
Chateau Whistler’s main lobby, the Chalet
can accommodate a seated dinner for
90 pax without a designated reception or
dancing area. Should you wish to dance
the night away we suggest a more intimate
number of 60 guests allowing for a reception
and dance floor area.
RENTAL: Sunday to Thursday - $2,000;
Friday and Saturday - $2,500
F&B MINIMUM: Sunday to Thursday -
$7,000; Friday and Saturday - $8,000

incredible venue offers a unique experience only
found in Whistler. With floor to ceiling windows,
canoes dangling overhead and massive totem
poles watching over your meal, it is a space not
to be missed. Allow Fairmont Chateau Whistler
to cater your wedding and bring the unique West
Coast flavours to your dream day.

A professional Wedding Planner is required
for all weddings hosted at Fairmont Chateau
Whistler. If a Wedding Planner is not provided
a mandatory fee of $1500 will be applied for
on site assistance.
Minimum food & beverage pricing is exclusive
of 18% surcharge & 5% GST. Rental pricing is
exclusive of 5% GST.
Depending on the desired space and time of
year, a minimum room block may be required.
Please note: for 2021 inquiries, please reach
out directly to inquire on pricing as current
guidelines for capacities and food and
beverage minimums may not apply due to
current government guidelines.
