Your Ceremony Rooms The Lounge The Lounge offers a charming setting for an intimate and elegant service. A luxurious space, with sumptuous sofas and armchairs, and a feature fireplace. The Lounge is perfect for smaller parties of up to 16 guests. The Brooke Suite The Brooke Suite is an elegant setting for services from 2 to 40 guests. Contemporary yet neutral décor and a refined atmosphere provide the perfect backdrop for the all- important ceremony. French windows open out onto a terrace perfect for photographs. After the Ceremony

terrace or take the short walk across the road to The
Swan Theatre gardens and the banks of the River
Avon*, overlooked by the spire of the Holy Trinity
Church – William Shakespeare’s resting place.
The Club Bar
With its relaxed vibe and
contemporary décor, the Club Bar is
the perfect place to relax after your
ceremony.
While you have your photos taken,
your guests can chat over
Champagne or cocktails in the bar
or enjoy the river views from the
private terrace.

Your Wedding Breakfast Our Head Chef will sit down with you to plan the perfect menu for your wedding breakfast, using only the best locally sourced, seasonal produce, taking into consideration your likes and dislikes, and any dietary requirements. The Brooke Suite The Brooke Suite is the perfect setting for private wedding breakfasts from 2 up to 40 guests. This ground floor room offers natural daylight through large French windows which open out onto a semi-private terraced area. The Brooke Suite is fully air-conditioned with an integrated music system. The Waterside Brasserie Complete with its own Champagne Bar and beautiful interiors, the Waterside Brasserie is a fabulous space for a larger wedding party. The Waterside Brasserie can seat 96 for a sit down wedding breakfast and is also licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 96 guests.
Small & Intimate.. … From 11 to 40 guests The Arden Hotel’s personal style and intimate, boutique surroundings make it the ideal choice for a small and intimate celebration with close family and friends. This package includes: ~ A choice of locations for your drinks reception ~ A three course menu followed by coffee and homemade petits fours ~ A drinks package to include; a glass of Prosecco on arrival, half a bottle of house wine with your wedding breakfast & a glass of Prosecco for the toast, per person ~ A feature room for the Bride and Groom on the wedding night, with complimentary Champagne and chocolates Number of guests Rates 11 guests from £139.00 per person 21 guests from £129.00 per person 40 guests from £119.00 per person

luxury hotel, allowing you to close the doors on the outside world and ensure total privacy
for your celebrations.
This package includes:
Exclusive use of The Arden Hotel and grounds, including The Waterside Brasserie, terraces,
gardens and Club Bar from 12 noon on the day of your wedding until 11am the following
morning

A drinks package to include; a glass of Prosecco on arrival, half a bottle of house wine with
your wedding breakfast and a glass of Prosecco for the toast, per person
A three course menu followed by coffee and homemade petits fours
Complimentary menu and wine tasting for the bride and groom
45 individually styled bedrooms with breakfast the next day
Feature room for the bride and groom with complimentary Champagne and chocolates

Exclusive use prices start from £12,500 in low season.
*Please note that as part of the ‘Yours for the day’ package, all 45 bedrooms in the hotel must be taken. Any shortfall is to be covered by the bridal party; your
guests can be charged separately for their accommodation if required. Check in is from 2pm.available from Sunday to Friday inclusive. Saturday weddings are
subject to availability. Low season does not include June, July, August, September and December.
Evening Celebrations
Live music or a DJ can be arranged until 12am in The
Waterside Brasserie. This option is available as part of an
exclusive wedding with catering for a minimum of 50
guests.
For smaller weddings, our stylish Club Bar, our cosy
Lounge, or remain in the Brooke Suite are available to
relax over coffee and relive the events of the day.

An evening buffet can be arranged from the following

Accommodation The Arden Hotel has a choice of 45 luxurious bedrooms, all with elegant furnishings, marble bathrooms and thoughtful extras to make you and your guests feel pampered on this most special of days. Exclusive use: All 45 bedrooms must be taken for exclusive use, any short fall to be covered by the bridal party. All rooms must be assigned by the Bridal Party. Preferential accommodation rates are based on double occupancy, including full English breakfast.
