Ceremonies The Ceremony. Longfords manicured gardens in-front of the homestead is THE perfect ceremony location. The location - as you can see pictured, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Okareka, quite literally the best location to say I DO. No matter the direction you look - you have a breathtaking outlook of the lake, the farmland, the stunning native bush that dresses the farmland behind the homestead - and of course the beautiful homestead. Our white folding celebration chairs are a great option that come with the venue & our umbrellas keep the shade off your guests. Pre & post ceremony, we'll keep your guests hydrated in the shaded gardens with the beverage list of your choice! Add on our outdoor games package for $110 & enjoy! Add on a few bean bags to relax in the sun for $20 each
The Marquee The Reception. Our marquee is a permanent structure which offer stunning views out over rolling farm land and Lake Okareka. The marquee accommodates up to 180 guests set up for a seated meal or 300 for a cocktail - walk & fork style setting. Fully lit at night, no additional lighting is required but you are certainly welcome to bring in more if lighting is your thing! Choose between oval or long tables accompanied by our white celebration chairs. A black dance floor shapes the layout of the room and Lola Caravan perches beautifully in the corner of the venue, the silk drapes create the most elegant feel for the space. The outdoor patio full with wine barrels as bar leaners and umbrellas for shade makes for the perfect indoor/outdoor flow! Decorations in this space are not included as we know that everyone has their own style and taste - but we can certainly help with this if you would like :) Depending on your numbers, the marquee makes for a great back-up/wet weather option - should you need it!

Black marble-look 4m x 4m dance floor Ample tables onsite for up to 180 guests - oval or rectangle Seating for the ceremony & reception Signing table + Wedding Ceremony Arch 2 Day Hire.....additional $1000 Need to see the venue all set up and ready to go? Then add on a pack in day to ensure you Cake table + cake knife have everything exactly as your envisage! BAR SERVICE Let's be honest - the bevies are a n important part of the day! We aim to please every couple depending on their preferences & budgets Here are the options at Longfords Estate; Bar Tab - We'll keep a tally & you'll simply pay for what was consumed. Limit or no limit. Cash bar - Your guests pay as they go! A combo - Of the above! A bar tab of $x followed by a cash bar BYO - Yes we do offer BYO at Longfords Estate. You provide it - we'll serve it. ****Ask us about our corkage fee's for your numbers if you are interested in this option. All of the above options will come with the following: Duty Manager & Bar staff All glassware & serving equipment Table service to the head table Water carafes & glassware for the tables 2 x Bar settings - 1 in the garden & 1 in the marquee Ice, rubbish removal & a chiller trailer to keep those bevies cool
