THE HILTON PACKAGE
All our packages cater for 40 guests at your wedding breakfast & 80 guests at your Evening Reception.
Includes arrival drink, three course Wedding Breakfast, Evening Reception buffet & our special Hilton Touches detailed below.

Sharing artisan cheese boards with quince jelly, fruit chutney, crackers & grapes. £18 per table of 10 people.

EVENING RECEPTION PACKAGE
This package caters for 80 guests at your Evening Reception.
Starting at 6pm with complimentary room hire, DJ & buffet.
PARTY FOOD
A delicious six item evening buffet consisting of a selection of sandwiches & wraps

DJ, DISCO & DANCE FLOOR
Your guests can dance the night away with our resident DJ.

01904 648 111 | EVENTS.YORK@HILTON.COMTERMS & CONDITIONS • Deposit of £500.00 along with a signed contract is required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. • Full payment is due one month prior to your wedding date along with final numbers including dietary requirements. • The deposit is always non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or postponement should be advised to the management of the Hotel in the first instance verbally. All cancellations must be put in writing subsequently. • The Hotel strongly recommends wedding insurance cover. • The provisional date will be held for 14 days, by which time we need a signed contract returned and deposit paid. • Should the Hotel for reasons beyond its control, need to make any amendments to the Contract, it reserves the right to offer an alternative choice of facilities. The Hotel may cancel the Contract if the booking might in the reasonable opinion of the Hotel, prejudice the reputation of the Hotel or if the Hotel or any part of it is closed or damaged due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. • The availability of the City of York Suite will be from 7.00 on the day of the event. • Bedroom accommodation is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and vacated by 12.00 on day of departure, unless specific alternative arrangements have been agreed. • Outside suppliers must ensure that all equipment is PAT tested and up to date. They must have the relevant Public Liability insurance. Any entertainment must adhere to the Hotel policy regarding noise levels and finishing times. • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities that the client may have arranged and cannot accept any liability for any resultant costs. Should any of the guests of the Client be unable to correct any aspect of poor behaviour or activities unacceptable to the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract. Should this occur no monies will be refunded to the Client and the Hotel’s decision is final. • The costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of the Hotel by the Client or its guests, must be reimbursed to the Hotel by the Client. The Hotel cannot take responsibility for property of clients or their guests. • Any goods left unattended on the Hotel premises are deposited at the owners’ risk and without any liability on the part of the Hilton York Hotel. We do not have storage space at the Hotel so all wedding paraphernalia must be removed the day after the wedding.
