Welcome to the 2018 TAB Werribee Cup. On behalf of the Werribee Racing Club and the Committee I am excited to introduce to you our 2018 TAB Werribee Cup
Corporate and Hospitality Packages. For the fourth consecutive year the TAB Werribee Cup will be run on the second Sunday in December (9 December 2018),
a date now firmly fixed in the Country Racing Victoria calendar and more importantly within the broader Wyndham community.
Held just two weeks before Christmas the TAB Werribee Cup is not just a relaxed afternoon of Country Racing, it is also an excellent opportunity for family, friends and
corporate clients to hold your Christmas party and enjoy the entertainment on offer. There are a number of corporate packages available for businesses looking to
reward their staff, entertain clients or simply looking to have a great day out.
Pare, Ashlee and I are excited to bring you some of the best hospitality and corporate packages to be offered on Werribee Cup Day,
including the all new Birdcage Cocktail Bar, Diva Reserve on Marquee Hill and the 18-35yo’s Garden Pavilion.
There are also extensive dining packages on offer as well as our mini-marquees and umbrella packages.
I am also pleased to advise that Fashions on the Fields will return and there will be increased food and
beverage options across the entire course.
As always racing at Werribee is family friendly and there will be a host of kid’s activities on site again at this years TAB Werribee Cup
– kids can enjoy Face Painting, Jumping Castles, Kelly Sports Activities and much more. Children 17 and under enter for FREE!

frequently asked questions How to find us? Racecourse location: 2-10 Bulban Road, Werribee, VIC 3030 By Car from Melbourne: From Melbourne, drive along Princes Highway and take the Werribee turn off. By Train: Train runs frequently from the CBD to Werribee & Wyndham Vale stations. The Werribee train station is approx. 3kms away from the Racecourse. By Bus: Werribee Railway station is 3kms from the Racecourse. Bus route 192 (VIA Bulban Road) or Bus route 190 (VIA Ballan Road) What are the dress standards? Smart casual excluding members only areas and corporate areas, see website for more details. What are the race times? Check the local race guide and our website closer to the date. Is there adequate car parking? There sure is! Car parking is free and plentiful. Please follow the instructions and directions from our car parking attendants on the day. Are we wheelchair friendly? Yes, in the public area & members only area only. Please contact us prior if you require special assistance. Can I bring my own marquee or umbrella structure? No. Due to safety regulations and public liability we do not allow guests to bring their own structures. We do however offer afforable marquees & umbrella packages pre-sale for the day.

Cup Day Bookings:
All bookings must be paid upfront in full, for bookings over $1,000.00, 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. • The Werribee Racing Club reserves the right to inspect / search any bag and
