In these uncertain times, please know our commitment to the health & safety of our
Guests and Employees, remains our number one priority. Our Hotel Management
Team continues to monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19 and are remaining open
within the strict guidelines provided by the Government of Bermuda & the World
Health Organization.

1. A dedicated employee is specifically assigned to intensify the cleaning regimes
   throughout those high touch and traffic areas.

2. All members of staff have been fully trained on the key preventive actions and the
   new procedures implemented in order to ensure your safety.

3. Enforced new uniform standards for all employees: masks and gloves are worn at all
   times. In addition, Housekeeping Personnel wear full PPE throughout their shift.

4. Increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the property.

5. Implemented a CDC-approved spray down process on all departure rooms, utilizing
   EPA approved sanitizing detergents throughout the rooms. All parts of the room,
   paying extra attention to those high-touch points, are sprayed down and thereafter
   deep cleaned again before the next arrival.

6. Increased the frequency of cleaning public areas, as well as enhanced our cleaning
   regimes based on the training and certification all staff have undergone.

7. Infrared thermometers are used on site and all incoming employees will have their
   temperatures checked upon arrival.

8. Our Sisley Spa, fitness center, restaurants, pool, and beach facilities will reopen in
   line with the Government guidelines.

9. Increased employee awareness of COVID19 symptoms, aggressive hygiene, and
   enhanced operating/cleaning protocols, including training regimes.
