FAQS How much is it to hire? We don’t charge for room hire. A minimum spend will apply on Friday and Saturday evenings, please enquire as to what they are. Deposit. For a private space a $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. This $200 is put towards your evening. Do you have car parking? Yes, we have plenty of free car parking right next to the venue. What time are you open until? We are licensed until 1am 7 days and we are required to stop serving alcohol half an hour before that. What are your liquor license restrictions? Guests must be 18 years or older unless with their parent or legal guardian on both in the Mezzanine and the Beer Garden. Can a coach, chaperone or teacher be considered a legal guardian? No, unfortunately. Does the street area have a liquor ban? All beverages must be consumed on our premises. I have over 25 guests for dinner - can we order off the main menu? We do require groups of 25 and above to be on a set menu. This ensures the best dining experience for all. Can we bring our own food or drink? We are happy for you to bring a celebration cake. All other food and drink needs to be supplied by us. Can you cater for dietary requirements? Absolutely, we are more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements. Please refer to our curent menus for options. We require 72 hours notice of any dietary requirements. Can we have a subsidised bar tab? Yes. This can be 50/50 or you pay a set dollar amount per drink and the guests pay the rest. Or you can pay for all drinks up to a set a dollar amount or a cut-off time. Can we decorate? Yes. However, the set-up time need to be established with the Functions Manager. Decorations may only be hung up using blu tack, no small confetti like items please. Are we allowed a DJ or Band? DJs and Bands are welcome in the Mezz as long as the noise dose not interfere with our down stairs dining period. An acoustic performer can play in the Beer Garden. You can also play your own music through our inhouse system. What else is in the Mezzanine? Projector / Microphone. We suggest that you trial your device’s connection ability prior to the event in case a different cable is required.
