How it works..

Room Hire:

If you would like exclusive use of the room, you will need
to pay the room hire fee.

Private room hire £25 per room per hour. We have 2
inter joining rooms. Exclusive use of upstairs is £50 per
hour.

Room hire will be free for parties held between 10am –
12pm on a Saturday & Sunday.

Party Table
£12.50 up to 8 guests
£16.95 up to 16 guests

A decorated table with a foil balloon, sweets and party
poppers on request (age dependent). Then everyone orders
what they would like off the menu or choose one of our set
menus. This works well for all age groups.

Themed Party Table
£21.95 up to 8 guests
£25.95 up to 16 guests

A themed, decorated table with a foil balloon, sweets and
party poppers on request (age dependent). Then everyone
orders what they would like off the menu or you can choose
one of our set menus. This work well for all age groups. We
have many different themes so let us know what the special
someone likes and we can suggest something we think they
might like!

          Some popular themes at the
          moment are: Tropical, Mexican
          fiesta, pretty florals, Rose gold
          deluxe, flamingos, unicorns,
          Frozen, Disney Princesses,
          Avengers, Star Wars, Dinosaurs,
          Spider Man, Peppa Pig and many
          more.

CHILDREN'S

Sweet set menu                                     £5.50 per person
Each guest gets to choose either a mini waffle or crêpe with their
choice of gelato, cream and sauce, as well as a soft drink*.

Great for all ages.
No minimum and maximum of 16

Children’s party Savoury Set Menu                    £8.50 per person
On the table you get a selection of party food, sandwiches, sausages,
mini pizza & carrot sticks, squash to drink, and a 1 scoop or 2 mini
scoops of Gelato.

Minimum of 8 children and maximum of 16.

Children’s Pizza & Scoops party menu                £7.50 per person
On the table you will get platters of pizza slices.
Each person will get to choose 1 scoop or 2 mini scoops of ice cream,
served in a cup or a cone for pudding.

Great for all ages.
Minimum of 8 children and maximum of 16.

ACTIVITIES
 Activities can be booked
 from 10am - 1pm Saturday &

Sundae Making - £9.50 per person
A lesson on what makes a great sundae. Each person gets 3
flavours of ice cream, all sorts of toppings, deluxe sauces
and whipped cream to create their ultimate sundae! Then the
best part… eating it all.

Suggested age: 6year olds – 9-year olds
Duration: 1 hour
Minimum of 8 children and maximum of 16

Craft Party – £8.95per person
We make all sorts of different things: crowns, masks,
picture frames, money boxes and sun catchers. What we
make will depend on availability. Everyone attending will
make the same thing. Please let us know if the birthday
person would like to make something specific, and we will do
our best to accommodate.

Suggested age: 6-year olds – 9 year olds
Duration: 1 hour
Minimum of 8 children and maximum of 16

Felt Making Party - £20 per person
Wonderful, creative, fun and educational too! Felt making
parties are lots of fun and keep your guests busy and
engaged at all times.
Ursula has many years experience of teaching all ages. Arts
and felt making is her speciality! Guests will make a small
felted picture or felted flowers to take home.

Duration: 1 hour
Age: 5 and above
Minimum 8. Maximum 16

Sara's Parlours face painting
Sara is just the BEST face painter! Let her turn your guests
into their wildest dreams! We recommend having a face
painter along with another activity for younger children, as
only one child can have their face painted at a time. You can
either choose from the activities above or bring in something
to keep the children entertained, or you could play a few
party games with them.

Monkey Music
Monkey Music parties are great fun for babies and children
of all ages. Parties are tailored to suit every occasion and
always include the birthday child’s favourite Monkey Music
songs.

HOW TO BOOK
Useful bits of infomation
Can I do my own decoration?
Yes, as long as you clean up before you leave. You will have
access to the table/ room 20 mins before your booking.

Can I provide entertainment?
Absolutely, please ensure you factor in setting up and
cleaning down time.

Can I bring in my own food?
No, you are only able to bring in a celebration cake.

Can I bring in a birthday cake to eat in the shop?
Absolutely, the only food allowed to be brought into Hooray's
is a celebration cake. We are happy to provide you with a
plates and a knife. (Don't forget the candles and matches.)

Dose Hooray's make cakes?
Yes, we make incredible ice cream cakes. For more info have

How do a book a party?
Email info@hooraysgelato.com and one of the events team
will get you booked in.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, once you have decided on all your packages we require
a 50% deposit, which can be paid in-store or via BACS.

Can I just book a table?
Absolutely, just let us know a date, time and how many
people. Please let us know if you have any special
requirements.
