The expenses shall be borne by the traveller (if applicable) • Airport Transfers or Match Day Transfers unless wherever mentioned above • Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” • Meals other than those specified above • Expenses arising from booking land services (hotel, transport, etc.) on “The Reserve Day” • Expenses on personal nature such as Passport charges, POE, wines, mineral water, room service, food & drink, laundry, telephone bills, etc. not specified in the itinerary • SURCHARGES during Blackout Dates and Events • Porterage at Hotels, Airports, etc. • 5% GST and 5% TCS (if applicable)
IMPORTANT NOTES JOURNEYS SPORTS EVENTS
• All the above-mentioned prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and applicable Rate of
Exchange (ROE) on the day of payment will be considered
• All hotel inclusive package prices are per person based on double/twin occupancy basis
• Single Supplement rates will be applicable for Single Occupancy
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable and shall not be resold or transferred at above face value
and shall not be sold, transferred, auctioned or offered for sale
• If the match is cancelled due to a government announcement: Ticket Cost (face value) will be
fully refundable; Transport is non-refundable; Hotel is non-refundable
• For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on
the day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket face
value subject to there being:
>15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the
match – a full refund
>15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the
match – a 50% refund.
>In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
>This refund policy does not apply to Day 5 of a Test Match. For any pre-purchased Day
5 tickets, a refund on the match ticket face value may only be claimed if there is no
play because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match. Please be
aware that no refund will be given should any play occur on Day 5IMPORTANT NOTES JOURNEYS SPORTS EVENTS • In the event of a rain affected match, no refunds or discounts will be given on transport or accommodation or any other part of your land package • In the event of match taking place on “The Reserve Day”, separate land services (hotel, transport, etc.) will have to be booked at a supplement cost • In the event of a refund due to any of the clauses mentioned above, a £ 20 (equivalent INR at prevailing ROE) administration fee will be charged per ticket • All arrangements made by Cutting Edge Events Pvt. Ltd. are in the capacity of an agent only. We will not be liable for any claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our con- trol such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, weather conditions, closure of hotels, overbooking of hotels, acts of forces of nature, etc. • No blocking is been made and rooms are subject to availability at the time of actual booking • In case, originally quoted hotel is unavailable, similar category hotel(s) shall be offered as per the availability • All bookings will be accepted only post acknowledgement and acceptance of the ICC Ticket Terms & Conditions • The end user of the ticket will need to provide a minimum of first name, last name, home address and contact details. Further identification may be requested at a later date.
