Welcome to our 2019 Holiday Tour brochure, and we must initially begin by thanking you for making our tour programme in 2018 such a success. We have once again featured a wide range of quality, value for money holidays and short breaks both within the UK and Europe. We will again bring you some of our best established destinations with amended and updated itineraries, alongside a brand new selection of venues for those of you looking for something different. Using our fleet of mini-buses we offer you a virtually door to door pick up service as we will pick you up from near as practically possible from your front door and take you to meet the tour coach. Our aim is to get you on the tour coach and away on your tour as soon as possible. All of the excursions described in the holiday that you choose are planned to enhance the tour and add enjoyment. These are all included within the tour price that you pay – we don’t add any extras on and expect you to pay more. However, if you prefer to spend some time in the host resort or doing your own thing, then that is fine by us. All we would ask is that you inform your driver. We would like to remind you that single rooms are limited so early booking is advised if you require this type of room. South West Coaches are allocated a limited number of single rooms at the supplement shown on the relevant tour page. Once these have all been sold we can request additional single rooms but these are often at a increased supplement. In addition to this the seats on the coach are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so if you have a preference for a particular seat, then again, you need to book as early as possible. More and more passengers are bringing a motorised scooter with them for the tours – this is no problem however we do please ask that you inform us at the time of booking, especially so it is not a surprise for a feeder coach driver who may not have space in their feeder vehicle to take the scooter and may have to leave it or you behind. If you want to hire a scooter for a tour, then we would suggest you contact Shopmobility in Yeovil, who can also arrange delivery of the scooter to and from our depot, so we can safely load the scooter onto the coach prior to departure, giving you one less thing to worry about. They will also collect the scooter from us after the tour. We are here to help you choose your perfect holiday and look forward to welcoming you on board soon. Have a great holiday.
