SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

MOBBERLEY ROAD £9.50
This cocktail is based on Southern Comfort, amaretto, grenadine,
lime and pineapple juice, and is named after one of the main roads
that flows through Knutsford.
£9.50 GASKELL AVENUE
Elizabeth Gaskell was born and lived most of her life on what is now called
Gaskell Avenue in Knutsford. An imaginative author needs an imaginative
cocktail. Enjoy this vibrant drink where Havana Club 3YO Rum meets Midori,
mixed with passion fruit purée. Definitely a drink to savour.
LEGH ROAD £9.50
Gazing at the real estate dotted along the shores of Legh Road, this cocktail
will have you coming back for more. Chambord with strawberry liqueur shaken
and strained. This is our twist on the classic ‘French Martini’.
£9.50 JAMMY SWING
Every golfer has that one momentous change of luck during their game
of golf, so why not continue that lucky run in the cocktail bar. Made up of
amaretto, Chambord and apples, it’s a winter taste all year round.

A truly easy-drinking classic – Havana Club 3YO Rum, Absolut Vodka,
Beefeater Gin, Olmeca Tequila and Cointreau mixed with our house sour
mix. Served traditionally over ice and Coca-Cola. Crisp and refreshing.

From a bartender back in 1915 in downtown Singapore, comes a cocktail
packed full of flavour. Beefeater Gin, cherry brandy and Cointreau shaken
with fruit juices. It’s absolutely one of the tastiest.

Quickly becoming one of the UK’s favourite cocktails – passion fruit liqueur,
Absolut Vanilia Vodka, passion fruit purée, sugar and a splash of orange
juice, served with a glamorous shot of fizz.

An Italian amaretto and our house sour mix shaken and strained
over ice, creating the refreshing balance between sweet and sour.
FRUIT DAIQUIRI (FROZEN) £9.50

Ask the bartender on what fruits are in season, for you to build
your own Daiquiri. Beefeater Gin mixed with your choice of
strawberry, raspberry, blueberry or watermelon.

The simple mixture of Havana Club 7YO Rum and ginger beer makes
for a great cocktail in any weather. Garnished with a lime on fire!

A classic for the ladies, taken straight out of New York. Absolut Citron Vodka,
Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime shaken well. Garnished with orange.

A modernised version of the classic cocktail. This cocktail is known to this
day as one of the fine arts of cocktail making. Intricately balanced Maker’s
Mark bourbon with an up-to-date addition of Archers liqueur stirred and
