INSURANCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION The Town of Mt. Pleasant does not provide LOCATED ON PAGE 4 accident insurance for any of its programs. All persons participate at their own risk and should make certain they have their own insurance. PARTICIPATION & FEES Participation is restricted to residents of the Town of WAITING LIST Mt. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Mini Mount Camp, Summer Fun Camp, Great Ventures Camp, Great Escape Camp & Teenscape Camp ONLINE REGISTRATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES Camp registration for 2020 will be offered online through our website www.mtpleasantny.com on Monday, March 9, 2020. Please follow all instructions given when registering online. A current email on file with us is required from the parent/guardian in order to create an online account. If you do not have a valid email on file currently with us you must call the Recreation Department at 914-742-2310 to set up your household or come in and at that point you will then be able to register online. Within a few days of registering you will be receiving a welcome email from CampDoc.com with a title of “CampDoc.com Invite For [PARTICIPANT’S NAME] at Mount Pleasant Parks & Recreation” requesting you to complete a medical form and to up-load immunization records signed by the Doctor. All Walk-In and Mail-In camp registrations must provide an email. Within 3 days of registering you will be receiving a welcome email from CampDoc.com with a title of “CampDoc.com Invite For [PARTICIPANT’S NAME] at Mount Pleasant Parks & Recreation “requesting you to complete a medical form and to up-load immunization records signed by the Doctor. The mandatory information requested must be completed in order for a camper to attend camp. After May 1, 2020, a late registration fee of $50.00 will be applied. There will be no refunds for any of the camps offered in 2020. Teenscape and Great Escape have limited enrollment and may fill up prior to Friday, May 1, 2020. For more information regarding camps and registration forms, go onto our website and click day camps. ACTIVITY REGISTRATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES Activity Online Registration www.mtpleasantny.com will begin on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Please follow all instructions given when registering online. Mail-in registrations and Walk-In registrations after March 24 will be processed each day upon receipt. Registration forms are required for all who register in person and by mail. Sports Camps & Tennis Camp REGISTRATION Sports Camp & Tennis Camp registration will start on Monday, April 6, 2020. These camps have limited enrollment and may fill up quickly. To register please fill out the “Activity/Pool” Registration Form in the back of the brochure and drop it off at the Recreation Department or mail the form in. You can also register online www.mtpleasantny.com Sports Camp and Tennis Camp do not require medical forms and are considered an activity. There will be no refunds for Sports and Tennis Camp in 2020. Town Pool REGISTRATION Registration for the Town Pool and all instructional swimming programs will be starting Monday, April 6, 2020 either walk-in, mail-in or online at www.mtpleasantny.com TOWN RESIDENT: Residents of the unincorporated sections of the Town of Mt. Pleasant. A portion of the residence must be in the unincorporated Town. VILLAGE: Residents of the Villages of Pleasantville, Sleepy Hollow and the Town portion of Briarcliff Manor. FAMILY: Parents and their unmarried children under 21 years of age residing in the same household. Unmarried children between 21 and 25 years of age may be included if they are full time students and proof of student status in the spring of 2020 is provided. Grandparents and household help are not included in the family, but may be eligible for their own passes.
