number page EXAMPLE 1 3 The date picked is off-season weekend. The venues picked were the pavilion and tavern. The venue fee for these two venues for off-season weekend is $2,250 (pavilion) plus (+) $750 (Tavern) which equals a total of $3,000 for the down payment. The Adirondack Classic Buffet is the most cost effective buffet that includes two appetizers to pass, coffee and tea, a cheese and vegetable tray, chicken, and seafood or beef entrees and a starch. The term “Silver” is referencing the basic drink package which includes domestic beer, wine, and well spirits for three (3) hours. At 150 guests, this is $16,800. This is NOT required to book the date. A payment schedule can be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis beginning 1/1/21. Nancy has a degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a Masters degree in Deaf Education. 6
