We’re so glad you’re here! Thank you for grabbing
our Emerson Fields guide and welcome!

We are a wedding venue with a simplistic approach
​to making your day distinctive and relaxing and this is
where that begins.

This guide is collected information to help you through
the booking process. Our goal is to be as transparent
as possible, give you all the necessary details and have
open lines of communication through your wedding
planning season.

Setting the Date for Your
                  Wedding Weekend

        We host weddings year-round as we are an all-season venue.
        You can view our availability calendar on our website for your
        convenience and planning.

        We offer exclusive use of our venue to one couple and their
        guests each weekend, therefore our dates book up quickly.

        We love that you and your guests get to hang out and enjoy
        the entire weekend together. Our rental period begins at
        noon on Friday and ends at noon on Sunday. We do not have
        lodging on site at this time but there are hotel and boutique
        lodging options within a few miles of the venue. All of our
        selective lodging partners offer special pricing for Emerson
        Fields’ couples and their guests.

        Our couples become very special to us throughout the
        wedding planning process and we strive to give them the best
        experience possible.

         At Emerson Fields, we've created a venue that offers versatility
           to meet the vision for your big day and flexibility to make it
                             happen, no matter the weather.

What's Included
Since you have exclusive use of the property for your wedding weekend
                  you have full access to the following:

• 25- 6ft. round tables
• 21- 8ft. banquet tables
• 6- 8ft. white farmhouse tables
• 5- 6ft. banquet tables
• 10- 36in. cocktail tables (can be 30” seated height or 42” bar height)

Specialty tables include: white farmhouse table in foyer for guest book or
gift table / wooden spool table on casters for cake or appetizer table / DJ
table / 2 wood top serving carts

CHAIRS
300 gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions for inside the venue
300 white padded folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies and patio

LINENS
We offer white, fine linen tablecloths for your wedding reception tables
included with your venue rental.

OTHER AMENITIES

• Outdoor portable sound system with microphones
• Indoor “house” sound system (not for DJ music)

THE BASICS
• Full catering prep kitchen with commercial refrigerator and side-
  by-side refrigerator, warming oven, stove, full microwave, Keurig,
  commercial 3 bay sink, handwashing sink, soap, paper towels, trash
  bags and dish towels.
• Built-in serving bar complete with cabinetry, 3 bay bar sink with speed
  rack, bottle cooler, ice machine, deep freeze and handwashing sink.
• Bridal Dressing Suite with makeup mirror, hooks for hanging dresses,
  full private restroom, balcony exit, Bluetooth speakers, mini fridge and
  dedicated HVAC system.
• Groom Dressing Suite with private restroom, closet and gaming system.
• Dedicated guest restrooms – 3 stalls for women, 3 for men plus full
  restroom in bridal room and groom’s room. All bathroom paper
  products and hand soap provided.
• Professional outside vendors allowed.
• Open catering policy for licensed and insured professional caterers.

• Spacious gravel parking lot and dedicated vendor parking lot

• Dedicated design consultation with your coordinator about 10-14
  days prior to your wedding day.
• Use of our 4-person golf cart for the wedding day.
• Exclusive use of the venue and property with a Saturday night closing
  time of 11:30pm.
• Access to Emerson Fields property for engagement photos (by
  appointment)

Packages, Pricing,
                      and Payments

We offer the flexibility of booking us for a more conservative guest
count so you don’t have to stress about exactly how many guests will be
attending at the time you book the venue.

To book your date you must complete the rental agreement, pay 25% of
the rental fee and the $500 security deposit (deposit is fully refundable
a month after your wedding if the venue is left without damage and is
cleaned as specified).

You can make up to four installments toward the package you choose:
first payment is made at time of booking and three other payments
are scheduled when booking. Last payment is due 60 days prior to the
wedding. A fifth payment is sometimes necessary if your guest count
exceeds your original agreement.

At the Design Consultation (10-14 days prior to the wedding) you will
have a more accurate count and you pay any remainder owed based on
the number of guests we’ll be setting the space up for.

This allows for a stress-free planning experience when it comes to guest
limits. As long as you don’t go over 300 guests (including the wedding
party) you will be just fine.
Investment

Our venue is typically rented to one couple per weekend based on how
many guests you estimate you will have in attendance. We always advise
  you to book the venue for a conservative guest count to begin with.

           **Small infants and toddlers who don’t require their own seat don’t
          count as guests. You aren’t required to count your vendors as guests.
What do we do if we're
              interested in booking?

STEP 1 // GET IN TOUCH
Contact us through our inquiry form on our website. This will initiate
the conversation and help us track the date you’re most interested in.
We reply within 24 hours and usually offer a phone call consultation
or set up a tour appointment through email. We keep open lines of
communication throughout the booking and planning process.

STEP 2 // TOUR OUR VENUE
When you come for a tour of the venue we will show you around, discuss
options and have a packet of information ready for you.

STEP 3 // PAPERWORK + PAYMENT
You can review the rental agreement and book the venue for your best
day ever at the tour appointment. We don’t hold a date until we have a
signed rental agreement and first payment, including security deposit.
