ITINERARY
DAY 1: USA | MONTRÉAL (Saturday)
• Depart from Massachusetts to La Belle Province by private motor coach.
• Upon arrival in Montréal, your Forum Tour Manager will greet you and
remain with you for the duration of your trip.
• Stop at Montréal’s highest point, Mount Royal, where you will enjoy an
amazing panoramic view of the city from the Belvédère.
• Then, stretch your legs and discover the picturesque charm of Old
Montréal with your Forum Tour Manager.
• Visit the remarkable Notre Dame Basilica.
• Check in at your hotel before heading out for dinner at a local restaurant.
• After dinner, participate in the animated historical ghost tour “Crimes in
new France”. Revisit the most famous crimes and ghosts in the history
of Vieux-Québec.
• Night accommodation in Montréal.
DAY 2: MONTRÉAL | QUÉBEC CITY (Sunday)
• After breakfast, explore the Biodôme, whose name means “house of
life.” It shows visitors the true nature of the Americas with replicas of four
ecosystems and more than 4,500 animals and 500 plant species all under
one roof!
• Next, visit the world famous Underground City, a set of interconnected
complexes in and around Downtown Montréal. Also known as the indoor
city, it is the largest underground complex in the world!
• Head to Little Italy and discover the huge variety of fresh products at
Jean-Talon open market.
• Depart for Québec City, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage City.
(approx. 3 hours).
• Upon arrival, take a guided walking tour of the 400-year-old city.
• Discover the secrets of Old Québec as you journey through St-Louis and
St-Jean streets, see the breathtaking Château Frontenac, and explore
the fortified city.
• Have dinner at a local restaurant.
• At the Plains of Abraham Museum, partake in the soldiers of the Martello
Tower; Learn about daily life of a soldier of the 1759 plains of Abraham
battle.
• Night accommodation in Québec City.
DAY 3: QUÉBEC CITY (Monday)
• Breakfast at your hotel.
• Start the day with a visit to the Musée de la Civilisation in Québec´s
Old Port. Explore the history of Québec through interactive exhibits that
draw a connection between the past and present.
• Roll up your sleeves for a cooking lesson with a professional chef and
learn the basics of traditional Québécois cuisine. Follow the directions
carefully as this is what you´ll be having for lunch!
• After, traverse the majestic St. Lawrence river by ferry to enjoy a
sailor´s view of the Château Frontenac.

• Then, drive to the Parc de la Chute Montmorency and see its
spectacular waterfalls which rise higher than Niagara Falls. Climb the 387
steps along the falls and admire the breathtaking views.
• Make a stop at the Chez Marie Bakery to learn how bread is made and
enjoy a maple butter tasting!
• Continue to Sainte Anne de Beaupré to visit its superb Basilica.
• Tonight, head to a traditional Cabane à sucre (sugar shack). Learn how
maple syrup is made from the tree sap, then enjoy an authentic
lumberjack dinner! A musician will lead your group in song and dance
after dinner.
• Night accommodation in Québec City.
DAY 4: MONTRÉAL | QUÉBEC CITY | USA (Tuesday)
• This morning, enjoy traditional croissants and hot chocolate at restaurant
Le Cochon Dingue.
• Then, put on your caps, mittens, arrow-head sashes and snowshoes and
head to the Plains of Abraham for a guided old-time snowshoe tour!
Follow your guide on the course mapped out by the Plains of Abraham’s
sports history.
• Spend some free time in the enchanting Quartier du Petit-Champlain.
• Then, board your motor coach and drive back to the USA.

ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Enrolling for this trip is as easy as going to
https://enrollment.forumlanguageexperience.com/tour/northampton-hs-2019/
The enrollment process will take you about 10-15 minutes. During, you will be asked to provide contact
information, a valid passport number, and method of payment. If you do not have a passport yet, don’t
worry – you will still be able to enroll. However, we advise you to apply for your passport as soon you
finish enrolling for your trip.
Forum Language Experience has purchased the Student Protection Plan from Travel Insured
International on behalf of all participants. If you would like to purchase the optional Cancel For Any
Reason benefit, you must choose it at the time of enrollment, and the additional fee MUST be included
with your first trip deposit. The total cost for this upgrade is $15.38.
After you have enrolled and your payment has been made, you will receive an email with a username
and password to access your Traveler web account. Here, you will be able to make future payments,
modify your personal information, and access documents related to your trip.
As a reminder, the enrollment deadline for this trip is May 30th. All interested travelers must register
with a $200 deposit by this date.
