A Welcome Message from The Buffalo News Meet the Palmer Centennial House The Buffalo News is extremely proud of its longstanding partnership with the Junior League of Buffalo and we are delighted to present the 20th Decorators’ Show House: The Palmer Centennial House. As you visit this historic house today, know that your donation will be used to support meaningful projects in the Western New York community. Since 1981, the collaboration between the Junior League of Buffalo and The Buffalo News has raised over $4.1 million for projects that benefit our community by aiding those less fortunate, supporting education and literacy initiatives, or highlighting our unique cultural heritage. Proceeds from the 2017 Show House were awarded to the Westminster Economic Development Initiative, Inc. Our commitment to the community extends far beyond the Show House. Each year, we use our resources to help make Western New York a better place to love through initiatives like Kids Day, Books for Kids, Cradle Beach Camp, and our News Neediest Fund, to name a few. The success of these longstanding events reinforces our belief that by investing in our friends and neighbors, we are investing in the betterment of Western New York. Thank you for visiting the 2019 Decorators’ Show House. We hope you enjoy your tour and leave knowing that your contribution will be used to build an even stronger community. Warren T.
