IFBF 2019 Exhibition & Sponsorship Opportunities
The 10th International Flow Battery Forum
will be held at Le Centre de Congrés de Lyon
(Lyon Convention Centre), Quai Charles de
Gaulle, Lyon, France from 9th to 11th July 2019.
The International Flow Battery Forum is recognised as the leading event for the flow battery
community. The Forum promotes the most recent developments in the science, technology and
deployment of flow batteries. Last year’s meeting was attended by two hundred and fifty delegates
covering a broad range of interests in research, development and commercial aspects of flow
battery technology, providing an ideal opportunity to promote and develop business contacts.
There is an exhibition area for suppliers, manufacturers and developers to display their products
and services and we have many sponsorship opportunities.
The IFBF is the key event to:
• Showcase your products and services.

• Meet and interact with new and existing professional contacts within the industry.

IFBF 2019 Outline Programme:
Monday 8th July 2019: Pre-conference introductory seminar on flow batteries.
• An introductory seminar for newcomers to the industry.
• Visit to IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) to see operating flow batteries and a microgrid demonstration.
• Related groups will be holding meetings for their members during the day.
Tuesday 9th July 2019: Conference Day 1
• To include keynote addresses and a focus on commercialisation, marketing, and financing issues for flow battery development.
• IFBF evening drinks reception (to be confirmed, subject to sponsorship).
Wednesday 10th July 2019: Conference Day 2
• Presentations of scientific, technical and commercial papers on flow battery research, development, demonstration and deployment.
• Panel sessions
• Poster session
• IFBF reception & evening dinner - river cruise
Thursday 11th July 2019: Conference Day 3
• Presentations of scientific, technical and commercial papers on flow battery research, development, demonstration and deployment.

Exhibition Opportunities Our conference venue for the IFBF 2019 has an auditorium for our conference sessions and an exhibition area. Meals and refreshments during the day will be served in the exhibition area and the poster display room, located adjacent to the conference auditorium. This will maximise interaction with delegates. The exhibition layout is based on two standard stand sizes 6 sqm and 9 sqm. EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES LAYOUT: 6 SQM 9 SQM Exhibition size 3mx2m 3mx3m 1 x table, 2 x chairs, 1 x posterboard, electrical connection & 1 x delegate registration.
