Indore – Smart City with a Royal Past
A trading hub between the Deccan and Delhi in the 16th century, the city of Indore was discovered by Rao
Nandlal Chaudhary in mid-1710. Rani Ahilya Bai Holkar, with her keen interest in education and planning,
built this city.

• The Registration Fees is inclusive of the service tax at current rate of 15%. (This is subject to change
and will be levied as applicable)
• Bank Charges will be applicable @ 2.5% for bank transfers.
• Banquet Charges will be extra @ Rs. 2000/- per head
• Concession of Rs. 1000/- will be applicable till 30th September 2017 for ENT surgeons of Army,
Paramilitary and related services and to AOI Members of North-East States and Jammu Kashmir.

• Credit Card: To pay online visit the Congress Website at www.aiocon2018.com
• Bank Transfer: Please add the Bank Transfer charges to the amount you pay to your bank along
with the completed registration form. Please enclose a copy of the payment/ Transaction Advise
obtained from your bank with the registration form. This is necessary to identify and confirm
your payment.
Registration forms indicating payment by Bank Transfer but received without a copy of Payment/
Transaction Advise cannot be considered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat via email or fax. All approved
cancellations will be processed 30 days post the congress.
Refund Policy
• Before 4th October 2017: 80% refund
• 5th October to 30th November, 2017: 60% refund
• After 1 December, 2017 - We regret no refund will be made, although name substitution can be
made at any anytime.
Date of receipt of communication for cancellation will be used for calculation the amount of refund.
Refunds will be credited only to the account from where registration amount was received.
