CONGRESSES WiN Global 2019 will be held in Madrid, Spain, and will bring together more than 500 professional, students and scientific women, dealing with different ionizing applications.
WiN GLOBAL
Who we are
Women in Nuclear Spain (hereafter referred to as ‘WIN Spain’) was established
in 1995. It´s a non-profit organization of women working professionally in
various fields of nuclear energy and radiation applications.
WiN Spain is part of Win Global, international association which include
professional women of nuclear sector. WIN Global currently has around 35,000
members including chapters’ members and individuals from 109 countries
including international and regions. Additionally, WiN Spain is a Committee of
the Spanish Nuclear Society (Membership includes women and men working
professionally in the nuclear sector).
From the beginning, WiN Global has organized an annual conference which
is a unique occasion for the WiN Global community to meet. Each year one
of the WiN Chapters proposes, in cooperation with the Board, a programme
composed of WiN General Assembly, technical conferences, workshops, and
technical and cultural tours where global members can experience an overview
of the host country. For the WiN Global community, this is a unique occasion
for networking, learning from each other and friendship.
