Family Portrait Session - 1 hour - £150 // 30 minutes - £80
I like to capture families as they interact naturally. This is best done on a walk
in the fresh air in the countryside, or somewhere pretty.
This session includes the following:
Travel to your chosen location within a 10 mile radius of LS21 (Mileage charged for locations further afield)
1 hour / 30 minutes photo session in the outdoors.
Additional family members outside of your immediate family can be added for £15 per person.
A private, password protected online gallery with all the edited images from the session.
The details to your gallery can be passed to your friends and family so they can see your
photos and buy prints. You can expect 70+/40+ images from the session.

3 Family Portrait Sessions throughout the year - each 1 hour ~ £550
This is a great way to capture your little ones as they change throughout the year.
When they are little they change so much in 12 months. It’s nice to have a record.
These sessions includes the following:
Travel to your chosen location/s within a 10 mile radius of LS21 (Mileage charged for locations further afield)
Three 1 hour photo sessions within 12 months in the outdoors.
A private, password protected online gallery with all the edited images from the session.
The details to your gallery can be passed to your friends and family so they can see your
photos and buy prints. You can expect 70+ images from each of the sessions.

New Born Photography ~ £225
Documenting your new born in the first few weeks of them being here.
These sessions includes the following:
Travel to your chosen location within a 10 mile radius of LS21 (Mileage charged for locations further afield)
A 1-2 hour photo sessions in the comfort of your own home.
A private, password protected online gallery with all the edited images from the session.
The details to your gallery can be passed to your friends and family so they can see your
photos and buy prints. You can expect 70+ images from the session.

What to wear?
Firstly you should wear clothing that you feel comfortable and happy wearing.
Yorkshire gets cold so layer up in the winter.
If you’re comfortable doing so I would suggest wearing light colour clothing
to brighten the images. Co-ordinating colours with your family is always
pleasing for the finished photographs too.
Avoid heavy patterns, big logos and black clothing they can be distracting
and take the attention away from the family focus.
Feel free to bring any accessories ~ hats are always a winner.
These photos will be hanging on your walls and treasured for years to come
so simple, classic clothing will help give your images a timeless feel.
When will the images be ready?
Your photos will be ready approximately 3 weeks after your photoshoot. This could
be longer in busy times. But I always aim to get them to you as soon as possible.
After the Photoshoot?
Your photos will be uploaded to a password protected gallery that will be emailed to you
once they have been edited. You can buy all your unwatermarked digital images for £70.
Can I order prints/albums?
Yes. Below are some details of the various prints and albums available. These can be
ordered after the photoshoot once you have picked your favourite images.
Ownership rights and responsibilities
As a client you are allowed to reproduce and copy photographs of the event taken
by Jane Beadnell for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Jane Beadnell may use any photograph for publicity purposes. Such publicity and
advertising may include publication on website, magazines and social media.
Thank you for booking your session. Please arrive on time for your photoshoot.
Albums
I would strongly recommend having your images printed into an album.
This will become your family heirloom, a lasting record that you will look back on for years to come.
Lay Flat Albums
A hard backed album which once opened the lay flat spreads allow images to be printed across
both pages. These beautifully bound albums are all hand made to the hightest quality in the UK.
There is a wide variety of different album cover colours and textures and with the choice of having
your family name foil printed in gold or rose gold or your names debossed onto the cover.
These albums come in a beautiful box and come in a variety of different sizes.

Family Lay Flat Albums
All these albums come in a box and include a cover of your choice these albums hold approximately
50 of your favourite images, your name or the date can be foiled or debossed on the front:
Squares
• Small - 8 x 8 inch with 10 spreads/20 pages - £300 (extra spread £20)
• Medium - 10 x 10 inch with 10 spreads/20 pages - £340 (extra spread £25)
• Large - 12 x 12 inch with 10 spreads/20 pages - £375 (extra spread £35)
Foil or Debossing to the front cover - £30
When buying an album you will also receive all the high res digital images for your record.
