Packing for the Summit
Casual is the key word! Leave the suit & tie at home for any of our group
events, however, if you plan to skip them & make reservations on
your own, make sure to check resort restaurant dress requirements.
The Summer Summit is meant to be a low-key, relaxed event for our members, their spouses and
their children. Men - shorts / khakis & golf shirts are perfectly fine for general sessions, receptions
and group meals. Ladies - shorts, summer dresses/skirts are appropriate.
Golfers and shooters, please be sure to have the appropriate dress and safety-required gear with
you according to resort rules.
Meeting Policies
RESORT DRESS CODE: Casual business attire
Summer Summit Cancellation Policy
is requested for dining in the Clubhouse. To cancel your registration, notify the PACA office
If staying beyond our group dates, jackets are at least five (5) dusiness days before the start of
requested on Saturday and Wednesday the Summit and PACA will refund all fees minus a
$75 fee. Cancellations less than five days are
evenings. subject to $100 fee. No shows are not eligible for
reimbursement. Substitutions are always
welcome.
Meeting Disruption Policy
PACA reserves the right to dismiss any registrant
for disruptive behavior toward the staff and/or
other attendees. Registrants dismissed for
disruptive behavior are not eligible for a refund of
their registration fees and will be reported to their
employer.
Any damage to hotel property by a PACA event
attendee will be the sole responsibility of the
offender. Damage liabilies will be paid directly to
the hotel property.
Alcohol Consumption Policy
Please exercise good judgment when consuming
alcohol at PACA functions. PACA will not be held
liable for accident or injury related to
consumption of alcohol.
COVID-19 Policies
All attending will be required to follow the current
CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health
COVID mandates.
All registering will be required to agree to the
PACA COVID waiver information at time of
registration.
