PB4L Juniors prepare for Matariki Rockets at Victory Eddie and Fiaseu visited Victory School's Rocket Day with Amie-Jo. Eddie has enjoyed following his interest in rockets by reading about them and working on his own paper and card creations. When the opportunity came up to watch the tamariki of Victory School launch their cleverly engineered bottle rockets we just couldn't resist making a trip out to watch the fun. The rockets flew high and far and Eddie was super excited watching them zoom across the field. He is now eager to create his own and find a pump to send them it up into the sky. Bikes in School’s - new wheels gifted for APS Teachers The staff at APS are so lucky to have been gifted an awesome brand new bike this week, as part of the Bikes in Schools Programme. Our teachers are going to thoroughly enjoy getting out on the pump track now amongst the tamariki. Big thanks to Mr Hockley for putting it all together for us. It is very cool!
