WE Headspace Each term, we offer a WE Headspace event which provides personal and professional nourishment. We want to help you add capacity to your own workload as well as your school’s, so Headspace offers you the opportunity to ‘distance from the desk’ and develop your own thinking. Through three events across the academic year, we’ll support your leadership journey by connecting you with other leaders in the network and reconnecting you with your wider vision and purpose. Leading a whole education programme In each secondary school a senior leader will be selected as the WE Lead. WE Lab Classrooms This programme helps middle leaders lead change across their schools. It provides an opportunity for classroom practitioners to engage critically with ‘two-for-one’* teaching & learning approaches through an action research project that is supported by their middle leader. SEND CPD High-quality SEND provision is a hugely important element of delivering a whole education across your school.
