It is the responsibility of the apprentice to inform the local Apprenticeship Client Services Office regarding the following: • Change of sponsor/employer address • Change of apprentice name and contact information, i.e., address, phone, email • Transfer to a new sponsor/employer • Completion of Apprenticeship Training Standard PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES Please refer to your Ontario College of Trades Apprenticeship Training/Curriculum Standard for an overview of the Program Curriculum Training Standard. (*Loyalist College DSW Apprenticeship Program of Study is subject to change based on The Curriculum Standards that are developed by the Ontario College of Trades in consultation with representatives from the trade and Training Delivery Agent instructors. The standard has been designed to support consistency and accountability within the in-school training process; ensuring apprentices across Ontario are developing the skills necessary for success in his/her trade.)
