Curriculum We will continue to ensure that all teaching programs promote explicit teaching and visible learning elements, as well as describing expected student progression in knowledge, understanding and skill and the assessments that measure them. We will utilise feedback for future curriculum planning, and engage a greater number of parents and carers in the planning process to support student learning. We will continue to provide staff with opportunities to attend high quality and relevant professional learning in curriculum delivery. Educational leadership Leadership, including instructional leadership, a high expectations culture and performance management and development, will be a major focus of our next three-year plan. We feel it is important to provide more targeted opportunities for Professional Learning to support teachers with new curriculum expectations.
