Aqua Fitness Rathdowney School Pool Every Tuesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm Only $5 Aqua fitness is a great strengthening workout, using the re- sistance of the water. There is no stress on joints. And of course, you stay cool while exercising! Come and give it a try. This “Be Healthy & Active” Activity continues until 9th March and is supported by Scenic Rim Council.
