INITIAL GOAL SMART GOAL Engage our board of directors to Raise money for our project. raise $1,000 from 10 donors on the Bonus Day of the Accelerator crowdfunding campaign.

ACTIVITY Take time to plan your campaign! Example: You have a SMART goal to engage your board of directors to raise $1,000 from 10 donors on the Bonus day of the Accelerator: 1. What tasks/actions might you undertake to reach this goal? 2. When would you do these tasks/activities? 3. Who in your team would do them?

Recurring Donations • Double Count: Each unique recurring donation will count twice towards your goal of 40 unique donors • 100% Match: Each unique recurring donation up to $200/month will have their initial donation matched dollar for dollar • Bonus Prizes: $1K for the project with the most recurring donors at the end; $500 for the project with the most recurring donations on Bonus Day
