BY-LAWS OF THE SFCC WOMEN’S GOLF ASSOCIATION ARTICLE VII – MEMBERSHIP DUES ARTICLE I - NAME Annual dues for golf, junior golf and social members, as established by vote of the membership, shall be paid directly to the Treasurer. ARTICLE X – AMENDMENTS These By-Laws may be amended, revised, or repealed, or new By-laws may be adopted, after being presented and considered during at least two Asso- ciation meetings, by affirmative vote of the majority of the members present at a meeting of the Association. ARTICLE XI – STANDING RULES Standing rules for the operation of the club may be adopted by a majority vote of the membership present so long as they are consistent with and not contrary to the By-Laws herein.
