Club Information
We have ongoing concerns with children running loose in the Locker Rooms and outside
unattended. There is a safety concern when they play away from the Patio area and onto
the golf course. For their safety, please keep children from playing on the golf course.

Pool Opening: Friday, May 28th
Pool Hours
Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 9pm
Sunday: 10am - 8pm
Memorial Day Monday: 10am - 8pm
No lifeguard on duty until 11am. (10am - 11am reserved for swim instruction)
Pool dining closes 30 minutes before pool closing time.
Guests
The guest fee is $8 per guest. All guests must be accompanied by an Oaks member.
Grandchildren and adult children of members have a guest fee of $4 per guest.
Swim Instructor
Isabelle Packard will again be offering swim lessons to Our Oaks Kids. Isabelle was a 9 time
state swim champion for Metro Christian when she attended and has been on the swim team
Club Information
for the University of Illinois for the last two years. She is excited to teach your child to swim
or reach their maximum potential. Lessons are $25 per ½ hour per child. Please reach out to
Isabelle at 918-630-0903 to schedule lessons.
Sport Equipment Checkout
Oaks members are able to check out tennis racquets, pickle ball racquets and basketballs
at the lifeguard sign table. Please take care of YOUR equipment.
Reminder
A 15% gratuity will be added to all unsigned food checks at the pool.

Hang out at the pool and order off the new pool menu.

Meet the Employee
Jamie Walt - Head Lifeguard
Jamie Walt is a Tulsa native who recently moved home from Arkansas to pursue a
PhD from The University of Tulsa. She has many years experience with
lifeguarding and instructing in canoeing, kayaking, and swimming.
As the former senior assistant director of admissions at John Brown University,
she has experience managing a team whose purpose was to promote family

wellbeing. She hopes to combine these skills in order to create a fun and safe
environment for families at Oaks Country Club this summer.

OWGA Needs Your Help
For the OWGA May 19th Guest Day, we are collecting gently used
golf equipment (bags, clubs and balls) and
men’s and women’s golf attire and shoes to donate to the
First Tee Program of Tulsa.
For those not familiar with First Tee, it is a youth development
organization which introduces the game of golf and its inherent
values to young people in Tulsa. In addition to teaching life skills,
the First Tee of Tulsa provides students with reading and math
tutoring for elementary school children, STEM classes
(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) to children of all ages,
and an ACT test prep course for junior high and high school students.
In 2020, a total of 17,525 Tulsa youth experienced a First Tee program.
Please look through your closets for donations that can be taken to Ava
in the Ladies’ Locker room, to Charles in the Men’s Locker room or to
Rick in the Pro Shop. We are collecting items until May 19th.
