Located in Clackamas Oregon only 2 miles off I-205, along the banks of the Clackamas River.
We are a half an hour travel time from the airport and downtown locations with plenty of lodging
nearby. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for 30 years. We would
love the opportunity to show you our beautiful pavilion and give tours by appointment only. We
offer three different packages to meet different budgets, however we can customize it to make it

The Classic Wedding Package- May 1st - Oct 16th, 2021
$3500 Saturdays $3,000 Friday and Sunday $2500 Monday-Thursday
Guest count up to 150 maximum (State Covid-19 rules might affect guest count)
8 Hours of Rental Time Decorate and Pictures 2-5pm / Ceremony and Reception 5-
10pm
1 hour rehearsal time the day before wedding

White Linens for all tables- placed and ready to decorate. (Caterer to supply linens and
décor for buffet)
3 Hours to Decorate and Wedding Photography 2pm-5pm
5 hour Ceremony/Reception – 5pm-10pm
One hour for cleanup 10-11pm
Staging area for caterer’s food service and 12ft Granite counter for buffet style catering
Bar set up and one bartender, (serving beer, hard ciders, wine and champagne only)
Alcohol not included.
Sound system, wireless microphone with stand for DYI music playlists.

On site event manager to oversee the venue during your wedding.
Set up and tear down of tables, chairs, linens and help with organization of your items to
take home.
Ceremony Area- On Deck of Pavilion or inside if inclement weather
Sah-Hah-Lee staff will greet your vendors as they arrive (flowers, cake, music and
rentals).
Cake cutting service will be provided by our caterer
Wood Lantern Centerpieces and wood rounds that you can decorate
Unlimited Putt Putt golf for your guests entertainment 6pm-10pm- putter and ball
Dimmable Chandeliers, Café bistro lighting and twinkle lights

1) Sah-Hah-Lee’s Preferred Caterer -Two Chicks and A Rooster Catering- owner Vicki Irish.
Custom menus made just for you, includes staff, buffet style catering, catering linens, cake
cutting, and bussing of tables, set up and clean up, gratuity and nonalcoholic beverage
station. You will work directly with the caterer for consultation appointment, menu
selection, budget and signing of contract, located at their kitchen located in Milwaukie, OR.
Tastings are available upon request. 25% Deposit at booking, if less than 30 days 50% due.
2) Hire your own licensed caterer- $4.00 fee/person paid to Sah-Hah-Lee.
This caterer must be preapproved by the event planner. Caterer must provide set up, clean
up, staff for buffet dinner, catering linens, bussing of tables, cake cutting and nonalcoholic
beverage service. Food must be ready to serve, no food prep allowed at the venue. Caterer
must follow all Covid guidelines that in place at time of service.

Not Included in Packages
Day of Event Wedding Liability Insurance-“The Event Helper”www.eventhelper.com
You will need coverage up to $1,000,000 for each occurrence and liquor liability. You may also
want to purchase cancelation insurance for an additional price. This covers the venue and couple
against injuries and property damage, liquor liability to protect against alcohol-related accidents
(alcohol insurance for weddings). Venue must be named as additional insured as well as venue
owners named as well. You must have this purchased and emailed to venue by the rehearsal.
Event planner will email you a pre filled out form for you to purchase on line. Cost is based on
your number of guests and typically runs $60- $150.
Day of Coordinator- Our event planner will meet with you up to 3 times to guide you in your
planning. Day of wedding the event planner is here to make sure the venue running smoothly.
We highly encourage you to hire a professional day of coordinator so your wedding is perfect.
Please see our list of preferred vendors that would love to help you with all your days needs so
you can enjoy your day without stress.
Officiant- We recommend that you hire a professional officiant that will run your rehearsal
practice and ceremony. You have one hour, so you will need to be organized and on time. If a
family member is your officiant, we strongly suggest you hire a day of planner that will also be
available to help with your rehearsal. Our venue manager will be in attendance, however will not
be expected to guide your rehearsal.
Catering – Two Chicks and Rooster our preferred caterer
You will work directly with the catering company and sign a contract with them directly.
Consultation -you will set up an appointment to go over menu selection and budget at
their kitchen located in Milwaukie Oregon. Tastings available by request.
Contract –
25% deposit is required to hold the date unless date is less than 30 days, then a 50%
deposit will be required.
Guaranteed minimum guest count refers to the minimum number of guests client will pay
for, as agreed to by client. The final guest count is to be provided to caterer no later than
14 days prior to event. Final cost will be calculated and conveyed to client at that time.
Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count & Time Duration
The fees and pricing quoted for your event are estimates based on the client’s guaranteed
minimum guest count and guaranteed time duration. Additional changes may incur
additional charges. No changes allowed within 14 days of event. The caterer reserves the
right to charge a fair price for additional food, drink, labor and services required. If fewer
guests attend or less time is needed, the caterer will still be paid according to the
guaranteed minimum guest count and time duration.
Remember to include your working vendors with a meal- (Photographer and D.J.)
Cancellations
Upon cancellation of the caterer’s services before 31 days of the planned event date, a
full refund of the deposit will be supplied. If the caterer’s services are canceled 30 to 14
days of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation notice is given less
than 14 days before the event, no refund of the deposit will be supplied.

Leftover Food
Caterer will provide packaging for small quantities of leftovers. Our staff will pack
leftovers, assuming they determine the food can be safely consumed at a later time.
Buffet foods can deteriorate quickly, for your protection; our staff will use caution.
Hiring your own caterer-
Hire your own licensed caterer- $4.00 fee/person paid to Sah-Hah-Lee. This caterer must be preapproved
by the event planner. Caterer must provide set up, clean up, staff for buffet dinner, catering linens,
bussing of tables, cake cutting and nonalcoholic beverage service. Food must be ready to serve, no food
prep allowed at the venue. Covid guidelines strictly enforced. See list of pre-approved caterers.
Additional Information
Other Events- We are a public golf facility and there may be additional events being held at the
golf course at the same time as your event.
Payments to Venue
Deposit - $1,000 (nonrefundable) deposit to ensure your selected date.
Balance of Wedding Package is due 3 months prior to wedding date.
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to your event for alcohol, gratuities and any additional items
not yet included. All details will be discussed and finalized at this time.
Damage Deposit (refundable) $500 due at final payment 30 days before event, in cash or check.
Refund of Damage Deposit will come after the Pavilion has been checked for damages. You will
receive check in the mail within 2 weeks after your event minus any damages.
Bar Services
Our liquor license states that all alcohol must be purchased through Sah-Hah-Lee.
We are allowed to serve Beer, Hard Ciders and Seltzers, Wine and Champagne. No hard alcohol.
No outside alcohol is permitted to be consumed on our premises and anytime. Any hard alcohol
will be confiscated and not returned to you. We have the right to end your event for violation of
this policy with NO Refund.
Includes one bartender for your event in the package. 75-150 guests require a 2nd Bartender at
$75 fee.
At Sah-Hah-Lee we believe in drinking responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone. All guest will need to provide I.D. if asked.
20% gratuity is added to all bar services
Plastic Beer and Wine cups are provided with basic bar set up, napkins and condiments
If you prefer glassware for Beer, Wine and Champagne glasses then we can arrange rental
service to provide them for a fee.
Refunds for Weddings and Bar Services
Deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your date then you will lose your deposit.
Balance of Wedding Package is due 3 months prior to wedding date. If you need to cancel
wedding once you have made this payment, there is NO refund.

Final Payment is due 30 days from wedding date. If you need to cancel the wedding at this time,
then you will only receive a refund on alcohol that has not been ordered or purchased. You will
lose full payment made for wedding package.
14 days before wedding, alcohol orders have been placed. There will be NO refunds.
Rentals- that have been ordered for you will follow the rental company’s guideline for refunds
for cancelations. You will be responsible to pay what is stated on the company’s contract if
canceled.
Decorations-
We suggest you have a team of family and friends or hire a professional for the decorating of the
venue. Decorating during designated time only, if you arrive early there will be a $100/hr. fee
added to your bill.
We do not allow anything that would damage any surface. Please discuss your ideas with planner
before purchasing any items if you are unsure. No tape, nails, tacks, staples or glue or any kind.
Table center pieces- we recommend low and sturdy vases in case of wind.
We allow candles and tea lights, they will need to be placed inside glass votive, hurricane or
lantern.
Sah-Hah-Lee provides wooden lanterns as centerpieces (optional) that you may use and decorate.
No Confetti or anything that is not biodegradable that would require picking up. Please no fake
flower petals, candy with wrappers, or plastic confetti.
Sparklers send offs are allowed on concrete with proper metal container for wire disposal.
There could be a charge if unauthorized items are used, and will be deducted from damage
deposit.
Vendors Arriving/ Departing
Set up during designated time slot, no exceptions. No blocking driveway at any time.
Our staff will be here to greet your vendors as they arrive.
Please stagger arrival times and have them pull behind the pavilion to unload their vehicles.
Please notify event planner of all vendors that will be arriving and any special set up needed.
Vendors must remove all equipment from the premises at the end of event.
All events end at 10pm.
Parking
We have plenty of parking for your event, but please encourage your guests to carpool.
We will lock the gate to the parking lot once all the guests have left. Please notify the event
planner if any of your guests plan to leave a car overnight, with a description of the car. Any
guest can pick up their car early the next morning.
