W
e are excited to invite you to sponsor and exhibit at the 2021 Colorado Charter Schools Annual
Conference. This year we’ll be operating VIRTUALLY and will generate valuable contacts for
Exhibitors and Sponsors alike over three very full days, March 3-5, 2021.
The League’s Mission is to support charter schools by aligning and building resources that promote quality
outcomes, financial health, operational impact, development of choice, and build a stronger charter ecosystem.
We support the development of relationships, closing achievement gaps by accelerating best practices,
practicing equity, and celebrating innovative practices.
This brochure outlines the many opportunities for you to support our movement and these outcomes for these
128,000 public school students, their families, their schools, and leaders across 71 statewide communities in 261
schools. Support for the League and the charter school space may also help you reach this important market,
through exhibiting, sponsorship, advertising, media distribution and exposure.
OUR ATTENDEES
The Colorado League of Charter Schools’ annual con-
ference brings together school leaders, board members,
authorizers, operations staff, teachers, supporters, support 2018 2019

members, authorizers, operations staff, site leaders, and many others, the 2021 conference will likely

DETAILS
Logo:
Please send your current logo in .jpg AND .eps (or Illustrator) format to events@coloradoleague.org by January
4th to maximize your pre-event exposure — must send both .jpg and vector art.
Digital Company Literature:
Please send your digital literature no later than January 31, 2021, EOD (Short paragraph with company info that
will be linked to your logo in our virtual platform — must send both jpg and vector art). You will also be able to
add content to your booth online, starting January 1, 2021.
Commercial:
If you purchased a sponsorship with a 30-second commercial, please send your video in mp4 format no later
than February 15th, 2021 to events@coloradoleague.org. The League reserves the right to deny content for any
reason, including quality standards. We are glad to preview your content.

Sponsor Speaking Opportunities:
Some sponsorships have a speaking opportunity included. Look for a calendar invite through email.
Exhibit Hall Booth:
Look for an email with details on logging into our virtual exhibitor platform and setting up your profile and
availability.
Attendee Lists:
You will be able to pull your own list of registrants (who did not opt out) once you’ve logged into the virtual
conference platform. If this is a part of your sponsorship package you will receive an attendee list electronically
one week prior to the event.
Interpretation and Enforcement
The League reserves the right to interpret and enforce any and all rules in this document or set more rules in
place should the need arise.
Cancellation policy:
On or before November 30, 2020 full refund of the space fee only. December 1st – January 15, 2021 (50% re-
fund). No refunds after January 15, 2021.
Credits from the 2020 Annual Conference:
If you have an existing credit on file from our 2020 Annual Conference, the credit will expire on March 6, 2021.
Use up your full credit on the great sponsorship opportunities included in this document.
Important deadlines:
Register early. Packages are limited in most cases and first-come, first served.
Payment:
Once Payment is made, your reservation is confirmed. If you choose to send a check and we do not receive
payment within 14 days your reservation may be released to other sponsors. We strongly suggest paying via
credit card through our website to guarantee your space reservation.
