School Profile 3 Vision and Mission Vision • We believe expectations should be high for all students and staff and that a variety of strategies, experiences, technologies, and assessments are needed to encourage all children to develop skills necessary for lifelong learning. All students deserve adults who acknowledge their gifts and talents, have high expectations for each individual student, who are respectful and take time to get to know each student, who demonstrate a positive, personal connection with each one so that a trusting relationship is established, who respect differences and nurture understanding of their cultures, and who recognize differences in learning styles and help students learn in as many different ways as possible. All students have the right to many opportunities so that they can experience the world and become productive citizens in the global economy.
School Profile 4 Vision and Mission Mission • Our mission is to prepare the whole child as a lifelong learner and problem solver in an ever- changing society by following the Montessori philosophy and method.
