Project Update – July activities Stage 1 EPEPR – drilling of water bores Approved 13th June, in line with most recent feedback No feedback on the test work component (stage 2) Additional discussions required with DEM/DEW on test work component (stage 2) once stage 1 results are known – the Project needs to understand & meet government expectations Land management onsite Installation of gully erosion mitigation continues on site – part of soil erosion management planning Weed spraying and baseline environmental monitoring continuing (groundwater, surface water, dust, subsidence, vibration and overpressure) New CEO and CFO Richard Taylor (CEO) here tonight. Simon Iacopetta is our new CFO Attended SA Investment in Mining and Exploration Conference – see here for Richards presentation - https://www.terramin.com.au/category/asx-announcements/ Draft Miscellenous Purposes Licence application for Angas Zinc mine ML6229 provided to government To get feedback on if the document aligns with MD006 Newsletter released includes update on Terramin’s gold strategy TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 1

Objectives of MAR drilling and Stage 1 Confirm aquifer suitability for MAR and evaluate the groundwater model under mining conditions to demonstrate effective management of: Groundwater levels at existing operational wells. Baseflow into the Inverbrackie Creek. The higher salinity groundwater from the older Kanmantoo Formation to the east STEPS Drill bores (3 sites – two bores per site required) – planned start late Aug 2018 Short term extraction pump tests* (under legal allocation) at the 3 sites to: – Evaluate aquifer characteristics – Monitor surrounding bores responses – Finalise the objectives of the Reinjection Trial (Stage 2) *Waiting on final approval of water allocation permits Submit the design of Reinjection Trial (Stage 2) to DEM and DEW for approval TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 3
EPEPR Stage 1 – Drilling of Water Bores Bore locations Three locations (green rings) Selected to best meet objectives of the trial – AGWT report & model Each site consist of: one reinjection bore; and within 20 meters, one monitoring piezometer Each site has one “spare” bore location identified for contingency TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 4
Noise monitoring – Query from last meeting how will logger be placed Monitoring locations are informed by an acoustic model. EPA review during ML PEPR phase prior to approval. Example at sensitive receptors: Measurable Criteria for ML6229 (Angas) Day (7am-10pm) 57dB(A) Night (10pm-7am) 50dB(A) Proposed Measurable Criteria for BiH operations: Day (7am-10pm) 52dB(A) Night (10pm-7am) 45dB(A) TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 5
Noise monitoring – approved Angas monitor limits Maximum permissible Leq15min noise levels Maximum permissible Leq15min noise to comply with Leading Indicators levels to comply with compliance criteria Day time (7am to Night time (10pm to Day time (7am to Night time (10pm to Location 10pm) 7am) 10pm) 7am) East Monitoring Location 62 56 72 66 West Monitoring Location 64 57 74 67 * Note; The maximum permissible noise levels are subject to change during the annual noise model review. Baseline Soil contamination and Land & Soil Quality Extensive soil sampling has been done over the Mineral Claim area and the district more broadly – by government and various exploration companies since the early 1980’s There is zones of naturally occurring mineralisation as well as residue from former land uses (1880’s mining included, as well as rubbish like batteries in creeklines, etc) Terramins strategy moving forward is not to disturb any areas with high analytes without a soil management plan in place. Map these locations and avoid disturbing where ever possible. Soil erosion is a issue that needs management, silty clays, clays and sandy clays on site; especially with bare soil areas – eg during earthworks TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 9
Example – Arsenic in the district TERRAMIN AUSTRALIA LIMITED SLIDE No. 10
