Booking Policy
Student numbers are to be confirmed no later than 2 week before your booking date, any reduction in student numbers
after this date will be charged.
Special Dietary requirements are to be received no later than 2 weeks before your booking date.
Tours are subject to change especially based on weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Late booking cancellations made one month or less from the booked date will be charged for accommodation and tours unless the date can be
rescheduled in the same calendar year then no fee will be incurred.
