The Winter Romance
February 13-15, 2022
This is a great opportunity to introduce your
significant other to the magic of how Quebec INCLUDED
celebrates winter.
Complete trip preparation

A typical day on this tour would be to meet NOT INCLUDED
for breakfast at 7am and be on the trail by
8:30. The lunch stop is at a “relais” or Alcohol and soft drinks

occurs by early evening. After settling in to
the room, most people relax and shower and
then join the others for refreshment before
dinner.
ARRIVE: Quebec City Arrive at the Double Tree Hilton located just outside Quebec City between 3-5 pm. After check-in you have some time to yourself to deal with any last minute concerns. We recommend removing your sled from trailer and storing in locked corral overnight. Meet and greet in lounge at 6pm followed by dinner as a group. Review of safety and security procedures. Lodging: Double Tree Hilton DAY 1: Quebec City/St Amie du Lac Breakfast at the hotel. If necessary, pick up any sled rentals next to hotel. First order is to get outside of Quebec City, after which we are riding through the mountains of Charlevoix. Now we are ready to discover the fabulous snow covered countryside of Quebec. Really nice photo opportunities this afternoon. A fantastic five course dinner this evening. Lodging: Auberge le Relais des Hautes Gorges Distance: 120 miles DAY 2: St Amie du Lac/La Malbaie Breakfast at the inn. We head south to La Malbaie before turning north on trail 83. This section of 83 is very wide with sweeping turns. A great place to exercise your right thumb if you wish. Early arrival at this nights stop. Lodging and a four course dinner at this spectacular auberge. Lodging: Auberge Trois Canards Distance: 95 miles DAY 3: La Malbaie/Quebec City Breakfast. Ride the first 50 miles without any sign of civilization, only nature. The afternoon gives us an opportunity to see the mountains in Charlevoix from the opposite direction. Return any rentals. Finish the tour with a dinner and celebration. Lodging: Double Tree Hilton Distance: 110 miles DAY 4: Depart Breakfast. Begin trip home.
