*IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LANGUAGE Courses may be taught in English and/ or Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS A B2 level certificate in the course teaching language MUST be presented
in order to verify the knowledge of the language. We also accept formal
letters from home university verifying the student’s language level.
For those incoming students who need to improve their English or
Spanish language level, CUNEF Universidad offers an oline language
training tool (GoFluent) where students can access a training program
and can customize based on their real needs.
ON LINE TOOLS Once the Incoming Students are enrolled, they will have access to the
following online tools:
• LMS: CANVAS.
• CUNEF Universidad Services Portal.
• GoFluent.
VISA If you are a non-EU student, be aware you need to apply for a student
visa. Please consult with the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your
current country.

HEALTH Insurance is mandatory before a stay in our institution. All Incoming
INSURANCE Students must send us a valid copy of the Insurance policy they have
contracted before their arrival at CUNEF Universidad.
Students from EU are entitled to health care and must present EHIC-card.

COUNSELLING The counselling service offered by CUNEF Universidad aims to help all
students achieve their academic and personal well-being, helping them
to sort out the different concerns they may have, always within a
framework of complete confidentiality.

WELCOME DAY CUNEF Universidad organizes a Welcome Day for incoming students to
meet our community, get acquainted with the university campus and

BUDDY Upon arrival at CUNEF, each incoming student will be assigned a CUNEF
PROGRAM Universidad Buddy (local student) who will help him/ her to settle in both
the university and the city.
MEET AND GREET To promote greater cultural, and social integration, CUNEF Universidad
offers to the incoming students different activities outside campus
