COLLABORATION WITH CAMPS Allows to: o Strengthen the supply of Francophone programs in Ontario o Support the involvement of Francophone youth with the recreation services o Introduce a new program available in both official languages o Influence the adoption of healthier habits among youth aged 16 and under 4

BENEFITS OF THE SUMMIT The Summits are training days allowing participants to: o Begin with the Shape Up Training Workshop in order to train their teams o Participate in activities to better understand how to use the tools in their camp o Learn from healthy habit topic based conferences o Network and discuss good practices related to healthy habits Shape Up is ready to host the 2018 Anglophone Summit Of Toronto! 2017 AFMO CONFERENCE The conference reunites members of the association and Franco- Ontarian youth to meet The AFMO invites Tremplin Santé to participate in 2 ways: o Support for the youth component, school leadership workshop linked to the integration of healthy habits o Presentation and testimony on the benefits of the collaboration between the City of Ottawa and Shape Up 7
MISSION 1. Supports the development of safe environments conducive to the adoption of healthy habits in recreation settings 2. Supports access to recreation activities among young people from financially disadvantaged situations 3. Supports recreation organizations to help them incorporate healthy habits into their activities Realized with a lot of openness to differences and a flexible and progressive framework 9
