for my family?
A pre-paid funeral plan offers the benefits of arranging and paying for a funeral in advance, sparing
loved ones much of the burden of bereavement. We offer the Golden Charter Pre-Paid Funeral Plan
and can give further advice by providing a brochure before arranging a personal meeting with you,
either at your home or in our arranging room at Airedale House.
We will also make a £25 donation to the Royal British Legion when you take out a funeral plan from
1st September 2021 to 31st January 2022.
If you feel that a Pre-Paid Funeral Plan isn't necessary, we can note all your requirements and wishes
which will then be kept securely to become available for your family at your time of need.

Arranging and planning a funeral independently can be a rewarding and
lasting memory to your loved one.
Some familes want to care for the person who has passed away at home and
make all the funeral arrangments without the services of a funeral director.
A home funeral provides families a slowed down, carefully planned, more
affordable, hands-on experience. The significant difference with a home funeral
is that you are able to stay in control of the process. You can choose where and
when you hold the funeral and create a very personal ceremony which honours
the life of your loved one.
Your loved one may have died at home and they may have left specific wishes
to remain at home until the day of comittal. There's no legal requirement for a
funeral director to be involved in the care and arrangements. You may wish to
coordinate all the planning of the funeral from completion of statutory paperwork,
care and presentation of your loved one to the purchase of the coffin.
Our team would be able to support, advise and guide you through your own

For our Natural and Personal Choice funeral options we respectfully request that all third-party
fees (disbursements) that we pay on the clients' behalf to third-party providers such as cemeteries,
crematoria, clergy, officiant, doctors, florists, etc, are paid 48 hours prior to the date of the funeral.
Full payment will be required 21 days from the date of our final invoice. Payments settled prior to the
funeral date for our Natural & Personal Choice funeral options £100 may be discounted from the final
balance.
Direct, Simple & Home funeral packages require full payment 48 hours prior to the date of commital.
Normal office hours between 09:00 - 16:00.
